We live in a housing complex that carries a modern tropical theme, there are no changes in the form of the facade, it is still the same as the original house.
Only a little addition of a fence made of roaster material on the left side because it was a side yard that was previously not fenced at all.
And we replaced the terrace floor with cast terrazzo, as a replacement for the ceramics provided by the developer because we like the terrazzo motif and want a part of this house that uses terrazzo.
To strengthen the vibes of our tropical house, we plant a lot of plants.

The facade of #rumahlimut chooses a modern classic style. Natural stone elements & white bricks give an organic impression & give texture to the wall of the fence.
The profile of the iron fence, decorative lights and balcony with classic motif details, we chose so that this modern classic style is as close as possible to the 𝙢𝒐𝙤𝒅 𝒃𝙤𝒂𝙧𝒅 plan.
We plan to add a 𝙨𝒆𝙘𝒐𝙣𝒅𝙖𝒓𝙮 𝙨𝒌𝙞𝒏 to the roof of the main building so that the height of the building looks more balanced. Pray that there will be sustenance soon! 🥰🤲

The facade style of our house is a minimalist facade that matches the style of our house. In the front yard, we combine 10x10 andesite stone with conwood that we paint in dark brown and has a texture similar to wood. We chose to use low-maintenance conwood because conwood is made from cement, and so is andesite, which is also low-maintenance, only needs to be coated.
