The room we visit most often, because our family really likes to gather in this room, just chatting and joking.
The room is not too spacious, but thank God it feels comfortable for us.
If the aluminum door is opened, this room can feel like it is connected to the back garden, so it feels more spacious and fresh, that's why we feel at home here for a long time.
This room is the most colorful, because the nuances are pink and white, then there are navy curtains that we don't want to change yet because they are still quite good, previously this room was blue so the curtains were also blue, but it still looks connected, considering that colorful houses are currently trending, ehehehe 😅

The bed frame is one of the affordable materials in the bedroom in our house, because we bought it because we were lucky.
We bought this KLEPPSTAD bed frame from IKEA when we had just changed the layout of our bedroom, from one without a bed frame to one that was more comfortable
We bought this bed frame because we were lucky after going back and forth looking for a suitable bed frame. Initially, we planned to buy a new bed frame at the normal price
However, when we entered the As-Is corner, we found this bed frame, with a fairly decent discount. From a price of IDR 1.9 million to around IDR 1.2 million.
Before buying it, of course, we checked in detail about defects, etc., even though it was an ex-display product, it turned out to be still in very good condition 👌🏻
This bed frame also looks right and matches the tone of our room. The appearance of the room immediately changed to be more comfortable

🔆 Budget Hotel Room 🔆
Because I really like doing activities in my room, I designed this room as comfortable as possible.
Well, I really aspire to have an aesthetic hotel-style room, but unfortunately my budget is limited 🤣
So…. I racked my brain to still beautify this hotel-style room but with a low budget, here's how:
1. Dusty pink wall paint which is more expensive, I only applied it on one side of the wall.
2. I used a wall panel for my headboard which only costs 29 thousand per meter, and for the high part I used Dutch teak wood battens which are definitely cheap and cheerful.
3. The LED strip lights above the headboard only cost 5 thousand per meter, but really make the room feel like a hotel.
4. I looked for the most affordable bed cover set, for the size 180x200cm I found a price of 500 thousand with the color and striped motif commonly used in hotels, the blanket is also very thick.
5. I still use the old mattress and divan, it is almost 10 years old, the same age as my marriage.
Yes, it's not bad, my dream of having a beautiful but pocket-friendly room can actually come true ✨

🌸 Cute Room, Yay or Nay? 🌸
At the age of 34 years old, I was hesitant to make a cute room, pink, peach, flowers, basically something really girly, but I really want to, but I'm afraid it's tacky 🤣
This is what I apply to make a cute room but not tacky according to my version:
1. Paint girly colors only on one side of the wall, the rest white, so it's not too much and becomes tacky and the room feels more spacious with the white paint.
2. Choose girly paint that tends to be a bit soft, not garish, like soft pink, yellow, purple or peach or even dusty pink, dusty peach or dusty purple, it's more graceful than the garish ones. Pastel colors are the key. In this room I used dusty pink paint.
3. If you want to use a floral bed cover, it's best to use plain sheets, so it's not too crowded to the eye, and still choose flowers with sweet patterns, not ones with excessive color clashes.
4. Minimize the color of the decoration, if possible, just make it uniform, or use colors that are still in harmony with the other colors. So that it matches and doesn't make you dizzy.

It's not ideal, but it can still be made comfortable. Some tips from us for a more comfortable bedroom:
🧚🏻♀️ More Pillow: a mattress with lots of pillows is our favorite. Makes the atmosphere more cozy, like when you're staying at a hotel.
🧚🏻♀️ Aromatherapy: create a mood while working and make you comfortable while resting. Just choose the right aromatherapy scent.
🧚🏻♀️ Ambience Lighting: use a smart lamp so that the light can be adjusted when sleeping/working.
🧚🏻♀️ Less Decoration: sometimes less is more, because the eyes are overwhelmed with the details in the work area. For the sleeping area, just use a little decoration. So you can be more relaxed.
