This is how we decorate plain walls to be more beautiful to look at but still save budget.

The outer walls of our bathroom are still plain, so that they are not plain anymore we chose 12 wall batten materials at a price of 140 thousand. The installation is also very easy by only using sealant glue. Then we paint it to match the color theme of our house.
The paint color used for the wall batten is from No Drop, paint code Lenkote N6 004-Close To Home. While the plain wall area uses Nippon Paint Snow White.
The total budget spent to decorate this wall batten wall is 240 thousand.
Then we added 9 photos of our family to the top of the wall batten.

Hello everyone, good afternoon, this is the stair area in my house where in this area I haven't changed much from the previous developer's default. I just made over the stair floor area which was previously defaulted by the developer using granite then I made over using vinyl flooring to make it look more aesthetic & comfortable.

first time looking for a house in 2020 during the pandemic, it took about 4 months until finally choosing this house. When buying this house, the reasons were because of the good location, already full housing (old housing area) and affordable prices with a land area of 6x16 meters2.
changes to this house from its initial appearance (developer default) to now being renovated a little bit to get a hommi japandi feel.
the back area which was originally empty land, was made into a full building for the kitchen and washing and drying area.
until now I am still happy and grateful to be able to buy this house. Because this house feels comfortable to live in with family. Because home is a warm family gathering, so I made this house as comfortable as possible. although not too big but does not reduce the comfort of this house.

A house that extends to the back. From the front door it continues to the kitchen, making the house feel more spacious. Air can also flow from the front to the back because there is a glass door that is large enough to connect to the small garden area and laundry room. Our house is not too big, only 1 floor.
