Located in the remaining land at the back, this garden provides access to the bedroom, bathroom and service area. We use sliding glass doors as a divider between the garden area and the living room.
There are several low-maintenance green plants such as Calathea and palms.
Our two pets really like to relax in this garden.

Immediately fell in love with this cluster because of its minimalist and modern facade, yup before meeting this house I had been going around Bekasi looking for a house, but none of them were suitable, either from the building model or the price! And then I met this house, immediately fell in love and the price was right 😍
The facade is the developer's default but slightly changed on the terrace, here is the carport + install a canopy.

Affordable spill material during backyard renovation 🌿🌿
During the second renovation project of Ryuto House last year, we really wanted a backyard area for children's play area, family gathering and relaxing spot, but with limited funds, we thought about the right design and of course with pocket-friendly materials and decorations to make it happen.
With plain walls with white exterior paint, it is enough to make this area look clean and okay to be combined with any decoration. The backyard floor, seating and planter box are made of cement plaster which is quite budget-friendly but still makes this area look quite okay. The roof is made of dowel wood which is quite cheap to add to the impression of a villa in Bali complete with a transparent roof. Some decorations that are quite cheap to make your pocket safe such as placemates, teak stairs, vases with unused wood twigs, hanging lampshades, straw hats and wooden benches that look natural. In our planter box we plant calathea which is easy to get and the price per stem is very cheap. Side garden, a small oasis in the midst of hustle and bustle.
Utilization of side land with an area of 5.5 x 1.5 as a garden area and for drying clothes. We closed this area using roster so that there is air circulation, and we painted it using the color Open Season-N3 006 to add a bright impression. With the presence of green open space like this, the house feels fresher and can be used as a place to relax and gather with family.

The facade of this house has changed over time. There was a time when the Calathea in front was still short, and there was a time when it grew lush, giving a dynamic natural touch. We chose Calathea because of its unique leaves and elegant contrasting colors, while Ketapang Kencana was chosen because of its graceful shape.
Our dear guests always say that the facade of this house feels welcoming and elegant at the same time. Maybe because of the combination of dark gray on the walls and roof that gives a cool impression, but balanced by the minimalist shape of the house and the plants that give warmth.
