The carport in my house is quite large, can accommodate 1 car, motorbike and bicycle. I set aside space in the carport area close to the garden as a terrace. Here there is a plant shelf and also 2 benches. One of my husband and I's favorite places is sitting here at dusk after he comes home from work.

The garage at Kaffah House is deliberately made spacious to facilitate vehicle entry and exit. In accordance with the initial goal of building a kids-friendly house, the floor is deliberately made of wood-patterned granite to provide comfort when stepped on by children while playing in the garage. In addition, it is also useful in the future to be used for additional areas if needed when there is a large family event that invites many people. It only needs to be given a carpet and it is comfortable to sit on. Well, in this garage there is also a partition grid that separates the garage and garden areas, not only adding to the aesthetics but also being a veil from the view of pedestrians outside the fence.

The facade of this house was not changed much during the renovation, it was only painted according to the desired color
The glass canopy along the terrace has not been renovated yet because we are waiting for the budget😬
Oh yes, for the Exterior Paint we use Jotun
For the carport floor, the ceramics were replaced
There are changes to the side yard floor, steps are made from cement and gravel is given on the sides to make it more aesthetic
There is also outdoor Living next to the house, for a place to sit in the afternoon while drinking coffee and chatting with friends or other family members🙂

The carport and terrace in this house each measure 3.5 m x 4.5 m for the carport and terrace measuring 3.5 m x 1.5 m.
For the ceiling on the terrace and carport, we use PVC ceiling because it is in an outdoor area so that it is safer from rain and heat. We use wood grain motif flooring on the terrace and stone motif ceramics in the carport with a slightly rough texture.

We made the carport area spacious and roomy so that it is comfortable to park the vehicle. And most importantly, there is no difficulty when putting the vehicle in or out.
Beside the carport, there is a dry garden with a comfortable seating area. We also gave a touch of synthetic grass so that the garden is more lively and beautiful.
Slides 1 and 3 photos were taken in the morning, while slides 2 and 4 photos were taken in the afternoon when the sunlight was really hot because our house faces west.

The facade of this house is still the default standard from the developer, because the facade is still not allowed to be changed so I only renovated the garden and carport a little. 😊
