The facade of the house with a minimalist style, we chose a simple geometric shape with a combination of squares and circles to make it more dynamic.
Because it is only 6 wide, we chose white to give a spacious impression and the bottom part is dark gray to give a solid base impression. The material is only a combination of white, black, and cement look paint to make it more budget friendly.
With an expanded metal fence with a hollow iron frame which is also quite cheap with a black color to make it more contrasting but contemporary. I used to dream of having my own office at home. A place where I play The Sims, brainstorm, hang out, read comics/books, make candles like a workshop. I want to do all my hobbies hereโฆ
AND FINALLY, the dream comes true now! #RumahSeupil has a home office ihiwww actually this will be a kidโs bedroom, but since the kids arenโt here yet Iโll make it an office first.
The size: 3x3m again with white nuances and wood motifs as accents. There arenโt many items yet, but in the future I will definitely always retouch it.

Flashback to getting our first house, it wasn't short. Starting from looking for a new house, until finally we chose this second house considering the same price but getting a larger land area compared to if we bought a new unit.
Before we occupied this house, we did renovations including making this rooftop.
Starting from the renovation of replacing the wooden roof with light steel, adding room areas to changing the interior and also the facade.
The ideal house according to us is a house that is comfortable inside without having to use expensive materials. Hopefully it inspires ๐โฅ๏ธ

๐ Stairs Inspiration ๐
These stairs can be considered low-budget stairs, because:
๐ Using wood-patterned granite, not parquet, spc, or the like.
๐ Granite is only on the stair steps, not on the height of the stairs.
๐ The stair railing only uses hollow iron and does not use a wooden handle.
Due to limited funds, I thought about how to still have stairs with a wood motif like parquet but still low budget, finally I chose wood-patterned granite which could be more suppressed.
I only used the granite on the stair steps, so if you look at it from the 2nd floor, these stairs are predominantly wood-patterned, but if you look at it from below, it will be predominantly white because the stair body is only painted white without granite, but it's quite good, so there are 2 different looks, ehehehe.
I deliberately put a dead window on this staircase, so that air and light can enter, because the checkered windows are dead glass while the long ones are ventilation with mosquito nets, so in the afternoon you can feel the golden hours entering the house like in the last slide โจ
To avoid monotony, I changed the types of trees for the landing area.
For under the stairs I made a bench to relax so that the area under the stairs is more functional.
For a house with limited land, it is mandatory to maximize every area, including the stairs.
Oh yeah, there is a pretty funny story (for me) in this area. So, during the granite installation process, it turned out that there were 3 pieces of granite missing, because I was so tired and my savings were soooooo low, I had no choice but to buy 1 box, so I finally had the idea to collect the remaining granite pieces, then I arranged them until they fit perfectly for the landing, so the landing part looks like a mosaic like in slide 4, not because I wanted to be artsy but because of lack of funds, lol lol ๐ฅน๐
