Minimalist Facade Built by Developer This is the appearance of the facade built by the developer in our housing cluster for a 5x12 m house. Of course, it is not allowed to change the exterior material. There is a carport that is enough for 1 car and a canopy that we have not changed due to budget constraints, while we want to use a PVC canopy that is currently trending. The only thing that has been changed is the garden area. Initially, the width was parallel to the terrace, but we cut it to be used as an entry way by making cement blocks. In addition to being a walking access to the terrace, we often use this area to park motorbikes at night. Because during the day, motorbikes can be parked in the public parking lot right in front of the house. To make the terrace area more cozy, I added lounge chairs that I got from the marketplace & IKEA. We have some favorite spots in the M&A house. The front yard is a favorite place to relax in the morning or evening. The children can also play freely in the minimalist yard, but it is enough for them to play. Inside the house, our dining table can also function as a work desk/study table.
