Main Bathroom - Wooden Japandi Terazzo. This is the bathroom in our master bedroom. When we built the house, terrazzo was quite popular so we decided to use it as a combination. We combined terrazzo with light gray granite and gave a touch of wood-patterned granite on the floor for a warm sauna-like feel. For the shower area we used rough granite material for safety reasons. Our washbasin table is in harmony with the color of the Japandi wood in the master bedroom. In addition, we also installed a warm white hidden lamp in the area above the washbasin as a second light (optional), which when turned on together with simple candle and aromatic lamp decorations, creates a calming night bath atmosphere. This tiny 2.4 x 1 meter powder room is not used very often, because there are not many guests visiting the house. Therefore, I chose to keep this powder room simple and minimalist, without too many details so that it is also easier to clean. I did not change the original design from the developer, and only added a few necessary ornaments such as a mirror and bathroom shelves. So that it is not too plain, I added a shelf on the empty wall above the toilet bowl. This powder room also has a small shower area, because on the ground floor there is also a guest room, so if there are guests staying over, they can also take a shower here. ➖ Bathroom Makeover The bathroom is rarely shown because it's not really worth showing 😂 This super tiny bathroom measures 1.65 x 1.25m It's still built by the developer, and there's only 1 bathroom in this house, so we can only use #DIYlowbudget #MakeoverLowbudget so that it looks prettier, more aesthetic but still functional. The walls have been made over 3 times since we first moved in, first using marble motif wall stickers, then changing to brick motif wall stickers, and now using 3 types of 'ceramic' in different colors and DIY motifs. The first is the original ceramic, painted with black ceramic paint. The top wall is covered with vinyl from the rest of the floor, and the walls on the left and right use a checkered granite pattern foam wallpaper sticker. Thank God, I have had this bathroom decoration for a year and it is still lasting now. Hopefully later there will be good fortune. For the city of Solo, this developer is one that already has a name. The environment is also relatively safe, lots of greenery with 1 gate system and 24-hour security. So that for households, we feel more at ease because our children can grow and play safely. . ✨In terms of budget, we adjust to space and layout requirements. For a budget under 1 billion in 2022, at that time we decided to choose this type of house for the reasons; minimalist building concept, there are 2 floors with an open space layout, has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & 1 powder room, and most importantly we still get a back garden. . ✨With a building area of 65 square meters, this house is ideal to meet our needs.
