Our house is located in an old residential complex and we are smitten by its unique facade so we keep them as is. It has this unique profiling that modern housing don’t make anymore. Along the way we add extra door and a window to refresh the facade, and we paint them lilly pond green. This is the facade of my house, scandinavian style. Why choose this style? Because I think this is the most suitable and suits my character 🤭. Even though there were changes at the end of the renovation, we finally chose to fix the design as it is now. And it turns out that my facade is liked by many people 😍. Because I like white and earth tones, I chose natural colors and a combination of wood accents. Satusama Facade. Initially we wanted a clean and bold facade appearance with a monochrome theme. The processed shapes of boxes and lines with curves and the monochrome color of the dominant black metal sheet were chosen. For the facade of Bilall's house, I chose an industrial style with neutral colors of white, black/brown. The choice of white paint on the facade also has an influence on giving this house a spacious impression even though it is only type 30/70. American Home Style Facade. We chose the American house facade because this design is simpler and timeless. Combined with the garden area, it is used as an activity area for gathering together. There is a large terrace for drinking coffee together, and there is an outdoor dining area for barbeques during holidays. Facade Style✨ Because the concept of our house is a growing house, a house built in the countryside on a very large land area, so we don't really focus on the facade, but it will change when we want to expand the building. Our house is on a hook land flanked by 2 roads in this housing complex, so our house seems to have 3 facades, namely the front view, the side view and the back view. The front facade of our house is greatly influenced by the service room at the front of the house. So we use different and more attractive service room materials. The combination of attached brick and unfinished roster as well as sliding doors with sliding iron, really gives an industrial impression. The facade is also dominated by black, both for the color of the hollow iron and also the exterior paint on the outside walls of the house. Hello from the simple minimalist facade. There are slight changes to this area of the facade. The garden which was originally a wet garden eventually became a dry garden because the grass died after the canopy was installed. But I still add green plants to make it fresher 🤍. The developer's typical tropical facade appearance is a challenge for us who have limitations in changing the future facade.
