Hi.. The affordable material for my room is granite. Why choose granite? Isn't it more expensive? No! The reason I chose granite is that it is very easy to maintain, the more often it is mopped, the shinier it becomes, it is durable, and it doesn't get moldy or damaged. Why not vinyl or spc? Vinyl that uses glue can stretch over time, the more often it is mopped, the more it will peel and damage the floor. While spc, although it doesn't damage the floor, over time the water from the mop will seep into the gaps in the spc, eventually it will be damp and smelly, the price is not much different from granite vinyl. Another affordable material is wall paint. I chose jotun for the exterior because it is more durable and if it gets dirty it can be cleaned.
