Of course, at first this went viral because there is a pool along the apartment complex, and how did I fall in love with this lowrise apartment, yup, because of the lowrise and the large L-shaped windows at the end of the room, plus the environment is really beautiful because there are lots of trees and there is a lake with joggers tracks.
Then the living room is quite spacious and also connects to the balcony, because my hobby is caring for plants.
The kitchen area is large enough for cooking and the refrigerator is placed appropriately according to the available space.
Overall my dream apartment is actually Senopati Suites and finally I found one with a similar facade and according to my budget...and yes this is my dream apartment which has finally come true to own it 🫶🏻

The house has an industrial concept that is dominated by black and brown, so we named it #bruwnhouse. The facade of #bruwnhouse uses conwood plank material to form 3-dimensional blocks giving the impression of a tall and spacious building. Even though it actually only stands on 70m2 of land. Hopefully it will inspire ya ✨

The entrance at Parhuis is a small living room measuring 3x4 m at the front of the building... specifically for receiving distant guests, so that the private space in the back building is not disturbed...
We used Taco-coated HPL wall decor to increase the ambience in this room
