โ Mini Garden Makeover
We use the mini garden area in front of the house, which is only 3x0.8 meters wide, for a dry garden so that it remains beautiful and has green plants that are easy to care for.
We lightly makeover the #IKEA decking that has started to look dull due to 5 years of use, with real teak decking that has been finished, so that it matches the theme of our house better.
Is it better before or after?

The facade of Kei House has not been changed at all since we first moved in. Judging from the woodplank accents and natural stone, the facade of this house is in the Japandi style, with the dominant color palette being wood and white. To add a cool impression, we created a minimalist garden and provided several plants in the terrace area.

โจLife is a process
Slide 1- This exterior is simple but proud for us. Because it is the result of savings and also long discussions.
Slide 2- Favorite area is the warm ambience from the lighting of the open space living and dining at night
Slide 3- Void brick wall area in the middle of the house. In addition to being decorative and a focal point, this small area is very functional as natural lighting from morning to evening
Slide 4- Service stair access with a curved wall accent that is functional and space-saving
Slide 5- The sink positioned outside is very functional for washing hands every day and after going to the guest bathroom. We also added shelves and hanging boards to the cupboard next to it which function to store equipment and service details.
Slide 6&7- Photos of our house before being completely renovated. Due to the inadequate structural conditions and space requirements, it had to be dismantled.

Industrial Balcony โจ
The industrial style home balcony uses metal chairs and exposed walls.
Even though it's not very wide, the balcony in this house is still comfortable. Enjoy the view while sitting on the balcony, simple but beautiful.

If asked about the facade style, I'm also confused, maybe you could say it's classic. Because I'm second hand, so I just accept this facade even though it's not the type I like at all. The important thing is that the layout of the house is according to what I want, open space.
The house was built in the late 80s and the facade has not been changed at all except for the gray ceramics around the house. Because initially this house was planned to be made into an Airbnb, so the renovations were minimal. The house is quite spacious so we don't want to spend a lot of money changing the facade of the house.

It's still the developer's default so it doesn't connect with the interior of the house.. if the developer allows us to change the facade (and the funds are sufficient), the plan is to change the facade with a similar theme to the interior of the house, namely natural Japandi.

The old school in the modern era. When we moved into this house, we replaced the carved iron fence with a real wooden fence that was said to be weatherproof. After 7 years, the wood started to get damaged and it was difficult to repaint. Finally, for the time being, we left it like this because there was a plan to replace the fence with a full wall so that privacy would be more secure and for the gate, we might want to use iron or wpc. Because the position of our house is on an uphill road, so at the gate people can see inside because of the uphill position of the road.
