Hi from Daśa Cavana! Welcome to the type 36 house facade. This house has a front width of 7 meters and a rear length of 11.5 meters. Daśa Cavana is located in a residential area so it has the same Scandinavian shape in every house. Luckily the developer has provisions for changing materials, colors and small details! Happy me! I chose this Scandinavian Industrial style because even though it only has 1 floor, it looks like it has a mezzanine because it is 5.5 meters high. This house has high ceilings to make it feel cooler, because the incoming hot air will be trapped far above the occupants. I chose gray and a touch of brick to get an industrial atmosphere. The colors I choose tend to be dark, so that mold and mildew stains will be hidden and require minimal maintenance. This is what made me decide to design a house in Scandinavian Industrial style! Facade of AK House - Our facade is in the shape of a box. It could be called a box house among other neighbors, because we are the only ones who have a box-shaped facade. We were inspired by a simple coffee shop facade with a minimalist theme. The facade of Casa de Likan house remains consistent with the Moroccan Mediterranean theme with a tropical touch. The facade design style of Dasa Cavana is Scandinavian Industrial. For Scandinavian, this is still my favorite, with a triangular shape from the front, suitable for a house in a tropical environment. And to achieve industrial vibes, I gave a dark color, and also terracotta so that house maintenance can be more minimal. Colors that change due to rain and heat can be minimized. Japandi semi-industrial facade on a 6x10m plot This is a subsidized house that we bought with cash, so that in the future we can change the facade we have without going against the rules of the subsidized house. To be honest, this facade is still original from the developer, we only changed the paint color on the front wall, made a carport area, made a dry garden and front fence. A Japanese industrial style house is one of my personal wishlists, my husband happened to agree. With a modest renovation budget, we are forced not to change the shape of the front facade in the near future. industrial style lies in ✨ selection of iron fences in the form of pipes ✨The part of the wall in the dry garden is only covered with cement ✨The alderon canopy which we accented with a square shape on the steel frame and we left it open without covering the ceiling and we painted the light steel matte black ✨and a hanging shelf in the dry garden area which functions as a storage room for goods (because our house doesn't have a warehouse). The modern-industrial facade is a copy of the Japanese house! 🥹🥹 During the renovation we chose a simple and unique facade inspired by modern Japanese houses. The fence was chosen with an exposed cement finish and was inspired by the work of Japanese architect, Tadao Ando. What makes this facade unique is that it is like boxes that are stacked unevenly so that a 1 meter overhang is formed. This overhang also functions to increase the building area on the 2nd floor. The concept of our house facade uses a minimalist Japandi Scandinavian theme. The collaboration of minimalist design with neutral white and gray colors, combined with wooden accents, further strengthens the impression of a Japandi Scandinavian house. Meanwhile, we created wooden accents using Shunda Plafon, lattices, granite floors and railings on our balcony. We still consider the use of outdoor materials that are weather-resistant: balcony railings with conwood material; weather-free wood-motif granite floors, and lattices that resemble wood. This is the default facade from the developer that made us fall in love immediately; simple and seamless. We didn't make many changes to this facade, only the addition of a canopy, as well as the expansion and replacement of the carport floor. For the canopy, we chose to use a clear solartuff roof. It turned out that this was quite tricky because it got dirty easily and required effort to clean it. In addition, because it was built before the carport expansion, the canopy poles had to be dismantled and shifted. We also got around it by changing the poles into a triangular shape, aka saddle angle, so that they would be stronger in supporting the canopy roof.
