The developer's default simple facade that has no theme π
This house with LB 44m2 really makes you fall in love when you see its unique model and different from the others.
There is no special style for the facade, it was just repainted white to make it look clean and match the monochrome theme at that time.
Green plants such as cowboy cactus and monstera make the house look fresher and more beautiful from the outside.

Minimalist Facade Built by Developer
This is the appearance of the facade built by the developer in our housing cluster for a 5x12 m house. Of course, it is not allowed to change the exterior material. There is a carport that is enough for 1 car and a canopy that we have not changed due to budget constraints, while we want to use a PVC canopy that is currently trending.
The only thing that has been changed is the garden area. Initially, the width was parallel to the terrace, but we cut it to be used as an entry way by making cement blocks. In addition to being a walking access to the terrace, we often use this area to park motorbikes at night. Because during the day, motorbikes can be parked in the public parking lot right in front of the house.
To make the terrace area more cozy, I added lounge chairs that I got from the marketplace & IKEA. Usually sitting here enjoying the afternoon with Popo & Lulu πββ¬π so that they are happy enjoying the outdoors.

The facade of the house built by the developer with an early 2013 style, has not been changed much because it follows the applicable provisions. We only added decorative elements such as wpc lattices on the terrace, replaced the floor tiles with granite, made a bench on the terrace, and arranged a small garden in front of the house with a dry garden concept.

The facade of the alpha house is a default facade of the developer leading to a minimalist facade, with simple white paint so that the house looks wide. For the fence in the alpha house, use hollow iron with a trapezoidal triangle shape. Intentionally choosing a fence shape that is a bit different from the others because it makes it unique heheh

Because in this housing complex the default facade cannot be changed at all, we only added ornamental plants and a canopy as additional exterior decoration.

β Facade Makeover
Yesterday there was a makeover of the developer's built-in facade, so that it matches the warm and bold theme of the house.
So we #makeoverlowbudget painted the door and shoe rack black, and added PVC wall panels as accents on the outside walls. Also replaced the ceiling with a PVC ceiling.
Hopefully it will inspire π€π€
