The facade of Casa de Likan house remains consistent with the Moroccan Mediterranean theme with a tropical touch.
Using a certain method of paint to produce a textured wall appearance like in the photo, then two pottery pots on the right and left of the gate are typical of houses in Morocco like many of which we found there when we were on vacation, oh yeah we don't have a fence, our carport is exposed in such a way, so that the concept of our house can be exposed from the outside, but it remains safe because there is a fence between the carport and the main door, and one interesting thing in our house, there is a custom stained glass with a picture of the Parta Komala flower which is a typical flower of the city of Bandung, even though the house is Moroccan style we never forget our origins in the beloved city of Bandung, don't forget the Lee Kwan Yu plants surrounding the entire front facade so that the tropical impression remains striking.

LUXURY house, aka close to rice fields. Yes, this house is a house whose right side, front and back are rice fields. We built this house in 2018, and we started living in it a year later. The facade of this 5 meter wide house carries the 'American Styles' theme with a touch of modern minimalist style. The choice of this theme was based on our interest in the details of American-style houses which tend to use natural materials. Like exposed brick walls painted white and black house doors with glass at the top. The choice of handle and lock was adjusted to further emphasize the American Style impression.

This is the facade of our tiny house, which is quite thick with tropical touches, here we use a solarflat canopy so that sunlight can still enter the carport area which is needed by the plants in this area,

The facade of this house has a modern theme with a tropical touch. Using the kamprot paint method to produce a textured wall appearance, apart from that, the material that stands out is the use of brick paste on almost part of the facade in the corner house.

The SFhaus facade represents typical colonial-era art deco (streamline moderne) with a limited color palette that does not stand out: white, gray, green, brown. It has classic elements such as asymmetrical masses, flat roofs, plain finishes, curved corners, horizontal lines, and glass blocks. Almost all corners have curved elements, including fences, barn doors, canopy columns, canopy frames, and perimeter walls. This area has a contrast in texture: a plain facade, a carport as raw as possible.
Some elements that are quite quirky on the facade, for example:
- The design of the pedestrian gate door, sliding fence, connecting to the stair railing and bridge inspired by Power Mac G5;
- The fence has a lock system without a latch on the reinforced concrete column with additional locks from the fence motor, a cleaner appearance;
- Large warehouse, has features as outdoor AC storage, PLN meter, water pump, LPG with direct piping to the kitchen, exhaust vent from the kitchen cooker hood, composting storage.
- The ramp entrance corridor rises 1.2 meters because the building foundation is raised to anticipate flooding. This hallway curves towards the main door creating a wind tunnel effect to the family room, so the family room is cool and breezy without AC. Especially when it rains, the wind is really pushed in.
- From the carport, entrance to the house there is no split level and floor leveling so that it is elder-friendly, especially those who use wheelchairs, so they don't stumble. Another consideration for using a ramp is that the gallon and heavy package delivery people are arranged so that they don't enter the house, they drop their goods at the carport, and the ART just pushes them using a trolley.
