For the facade of Bilall's house, I chose an industrial style with neutral colors of white, black/brown.
The choice of white paint on the facade also has an influence on giving this house a spacious impression even though it is only type 30/70.
For the fence itself, I use an expanda type pager, and I use a roaster so that there is air coming into the terrace / it's not hot.

Facade Style✨
Because the concept of our house is a growing house, a house built in the countryside on a very large land area, so we don't really focus on the facade, but it will change when we want to expand the building.
However, when designing the facade, we also considered aesthetics and cost efficiency, so we chose a facade with a style that in our opinion could be called industrial minimalist. With a box roof house concept and adding wood planks on the walls to add an aesthetic impression. To highlight the industrial style, we chose a combination of brown, wood grain and black.
In our opinion, this industrial style is suitable to be applied in our home which is very integrated with nature so it seems more aesthetic with a view of the natural scenery.

The developer's typical tropical facade appearance is a challenge for us who have limitations in changing the future facade.
With these conditions, we tried to maximize it by adding a secondary skin so that the appearance of the house was a little different and inevitably adjusted the color of the outer facade to the condition of the materials used.
Finally, the developer's renovation limitations meant we had to think creatively and use unique and functional materials.

House Facade
Our house measuring 7x12.5 meters is not too big and has an American classic facade. Because from the beginning our dream was to have a house in an American classic style. Using Pinterest as capital, we designed this house ourselves without an architect and I happen to have always liked vintage style houses. The facade walls of this house are designed with stripes using water lines to match the American classic facade style. To choose the paint color for this house, we chose pastel blue because we like bright colors. Tips for building a house, especially for determining the facade, must match the desired design and must suit the character of the home owner because the facade of the house has the main component which is the backbone of its aesthetics and functionality.
Every facade element, be it windows, doors, roofs, ornaments, even the materials used, has a special role in creating a beautiful and comfortable home.

Scandinavian Facade story "style"

but because the craftsman doesn't understand,
