GH House Facade - Before After Edition The developer's original facade as a result of this renovation trip initially did not have a fence. Finally, during the renovation, we made a minimalist style concrete fence which was trending at that time (in 2022). The initial colors were bright green and orange, then we changed them to white, a little gray and brown so that it looks natural. It doesn't have a front canopy yet, there is only a side canopy for the roof of the laundry area In early 2023, we decided to install a front canopy made from Alderon RS and a perforated metal fence. The reason is because the house is in a corner position and faces east, during the day the hot weather goes straight towards the house, during the rainy season, the water carried by the wind will eventually damage the doors and also make the walls become damp easily. ➖ House Facade House facade at 06.30 this morning 🌤️ The sun wasn't too bright yet, so I was able to take photos while drying my clothes. The facade of the tiny house built by the developer is getting a bit of a makeover. It's still black and white and adds a little warm woody nuance to match the interior of the house. ➖ Facade after Rain 🌥️☁️ Take a photo of the facade after the rain, there are still muddy residue & the glass canopy is really dirty 😂 The simple facade built by the developer of the 6 twins has just been given a little makeover at the entrance. Added accents using WPC wall panels and changing the ceiling to a PVC ceiling so that it has a brownish feel rich in the interior of the house.
