The characteristic of Scandinavian facades is the triangular shape of the facade. I prefer not to use a lot of glass, so that my house is more private. [HOUSE FACADE] The Scandinavian facade we chose for our first house. We chose this facade because we liked its shape. And before this house was built, we wanted the inside area of the house to use a mezzanine. This is also one of the reasons why we decided to build a house with a Scandinavian facade. So this house from the outside looks like it has 1 floor, but inside it has 2 floors 🤍 The materials used are still the same as the materials used to build a house. Such as using red bricks, hollow iron, transparent roofs, glass, etc For those who want to build a house, you should decide what house theme you want. After that, look for lots of home design references according to the theme you have chosen. And you can also use the services of an architect/contractor if you have more budget. But you can also do without an architect/contractor if you have a low budget like us, so we just look for references on Pinterest or something else to determine the shape of the house we want to build. The concept of our house facade uses a minimalist Japandi Scandinavian theme. The collaboration of minimalist design with neutral white and gray colors, combined with wooden accents, further strengthens the impression of a Japandi Scandinavian house. Meanwhile, we created wooden accents using Shunda Plafon, lattices, granite floors and railings on our balcony. We still consider the use of outdoor materials that are weather-resistant: balcony railings with conwood material; weather-free wood-motif granite floors, and lattices that resemble wood. We have a spacious balcony, the balcony is also the roof of the carport, which we also use as a place to plant and relax both morning and evening. We also don't forget to use black to provide a bold color accent to complement the Japandi Scandinavian concept of our house. In addition, our minimalist house is also equipped with a mini garden to beautify the front of our house. We combine the facade of this one-story Scandinavian house, which is identical to the pointed roof, with gray and brown to make our house more classic but still modern.
