Before & After
When we saw the place during the open house, the dirty carpet and paint were a mess, so we knew we had to replace them.
We ended up repainting with Sherwin-Williams Incredible White. It made the whole place feel fresh and airy.
We chose laminate for both the flooring and the stairs, and it made a huge difference,too!

Floating Stairs ala Deiraa.House 🥰
Yessss our dream floating floor in our first home
Although NOT on a glass railing, this staircase is quite wide and has steps that are not high (does not make you tired of climbing the stairs)
In this void area there is a dead glass window that is wide enough so that outside light can enter freely making the house automatically bright without additional lights during the day ☺️
And what I like the most is when the weather is sunny, we can see the sunset view of the sky from this window (like a very beautiful painting of Allah SWT) 😍

Last year, we renovated this kitchen
starting from the backsplash, we chose precut tiles to get a more Japandi impression
Second, Change the color of the HPL to be warmer, we chose Taco Th 852 TM
Third, the top table that originally used multiplex we replaced using Quadra to make it more durable
for the island table top we used multiplex HPL layer Taco Milky Ramone
Fourth, we used vinyl to make the room look more spacious and of course it became more homey
Fifth, we utilized the space under the stairs to be used as a storage cabinet.
And this is our dream kitchen 🥰

Floor in the Living Room of the Semak House
The floor in the living room and most of the first floor uses matt type granite with a gray color measuring 60x60.
Not only is it aesthetic and suitable for the decor style in our house, but we chose this floor because it is low maintenance. This type of floor does not get dirty easily, has a greasy shine and is easy to clean. When you step on this floor there is no cold feeling on the soles of your feet so it feels more homey.
