The facade of a simple house with a modern minimalist concept. The roster fence is 3 meters high and has a horizontal iron fence with a central door opening.
We chose 2 motifs for our fence roster.
"Propeller" roster, a raised surface on the front fence of the house and the top is curved.
"Donut" roster, a flat surface on the side fence of the house, its function is for privacy with the next door neighbor and to maintain air circulation to the terrace.
We chose white paint for the walls of our house, giving the impression that the facade of this house is spacious and clean.
The terrace canopy is standard, and our house still uses 3 original roof mountains from the house. The roof tiles are also still original from clay. Simple indeed.
Sansivera plants decorate the front of our house and a large trash can according to the needs of the garbage disposal. In front of the house there are also street lights from the original.
Terrace in the House, this is behind the roster fence. This simple but spacious terrace has sansivera plants with 1 meter high wall pots. Cheese chairs and aesthetic coffee tables decorate our simple terrace. Terrazzo floor measuring 40cm x 40cm and white coral stone. This terrace has an open roof. And at night we can get light from behind the roster which makes this terrace look beautiful. Oh yes, above the terrace there is a glass block, this is the bathroom in our room.

Welcome to my tiny bathroom, this bathroom is still intact from the developer. The walls are deliberately given granite so that water splashes do not dampen the walls.
The floor is deliberately given a different elevation, for the part used by the closet and sink is higher than the bottom of the shower.
This bathroom is very simple and relatively small, so we did not choose paint or ceramic materials with striking colors to give a slightly spacious impression.
As a void and lighting, there is a wall area that uses glass block material.
