Make the Guest Bathroom comfortable even on a 1.2 m wide land.
1. Use a minimalist door with a width of 60cm so that the room can still be maximized
2. Hanging sink table so that the room feels more spacious
3. Make a wall-mounted shelf so that the room does not feel cramped
4. Use bright colors on the walls to give a spacious effect to the room

The living room which is also a family room is located in an open space area next to the dining room and kitchen.
To maximize the function of this 3x3 m² room, we decided to use an L-shaped sofa, so that it can accommodate family members and this minimalist design will not narrow the room.
We use small and medium-sized ornamental plants to beautify the room to minimize the number of items in this area.
2 tips for making a minimalist room beautiful are first by utilizing motifs on the material, such as in this living room we use a TV table with a marble motif on the top table and a wood motif with wave accents on the drawers. Second by using marble motif granite which will make the room look more elegant 🤍🩶🤩

Having a Kitchen and Dining Room with an Open Space concept adjacent to the Living Room is a challenge when you have children, because this open space concept makes things look messy easily, so it's a good idea for all items to have their own place, so that the kitchen cabinet or dining table is not full of items that are not intended there.

To beautify the corner of the bathroom, I use hanging plants and ornamental flowers on the table, deliberately using striking flower colors to make it more intense. and on the plant shelf I also added real Rosemary leaf plants and also Artificial succulents with gold pots to add an elegant impression.

The only bathroom on the 1st floor measuring 2.8 x 1.2 m is deliberately given complete facilities with a shower, so that all guests who stop by or stay overnight as well as residents can use it to clean up here.

Simple and dashing, that's what many people say about this facade. When building this house, we were not too ambitious about what the facade would look like, we tended to maximize the layout of the space to meet our needs, because for us the main comfort is on the inside, so we have the principle of simply outside, comfort inside, in the end we are the ones who enjoy our daily activities in the house. ☺️
