One of the advantages of choosing a house with excess land is that I can add a side area, which I use as a laundry area and side terrace. The front of both areas is not visible, because I deliberately closed them with an iron door decorated with artificial leaves. The interior area has also been expanded, as can be seen from the difference in flooring which is intentional because the room functions are different. Entering the dining room and kitchen area, the flooring area uses terrazzo flooring, while the living room area still uses granite flooring.
