The room is the most favorite and most aesthetic room in the house
Apart from aesthetics, it is definitely the most comfortable room in the house

For this room I used a minimalist Japanesedi concept
The tone in this room is more of a soft color
Dominant with white chocolate and wood
The design of this room is anti-humidity club
Because there are lots of glasses and windows and I deliberately didn't cover them with curtains
Every afternoon this room is always brightly lit naturally from sunlight
The air was cool, plus the air coming in through the balcony door, at night we could look at the sky and moon through the window from the bed.
Or sometimes we leave the balcony door open for a moment to enjoy the night view

Good Evening O House!
We want to provide inspiration for O House neighbors who want to upgrade their furniture. This is #diy what we did: adding kembang tanjung rattan webbing to cover our shoe rack.
It's really easy!
1. First measure the shoe rack or clothes rack that you want to cover with rattan
2. Prepare a bar frame according to the size of the shelf
3. Prepare rattan whose size has been adjusted to the shelf cover that will be attached
4. Glue the rattan to the frame
5. Paste the frame that has been filled with rattan, attach it using white sealant
As a result, your furniture looks like new again by adding rattan to your shelf or cupboard covers. Oh yes, the rattan sheet motif can be adjusted to suit your taste!

Some time ago, I had a discussion with one of my superduper nice online neighbors about the style of my house.
Honestly, if I were asked what style Hatobiko's house actually is, I would be confused about the answer because it looks like my house is the nano-nano type hahaha
If you remember that my furniture mostly uses natural colored wood, it immediately looks like Japanese
But if you look at the kitchen with a checkered backsplash, it looks really Korean style
But I really like calm colors like cream, nude, beige which almost dominate all the colors in my house including walls, furniture, prints and even cleaning tools which make my house look calm and vintage.
What is clear is that the way I make my house look beautiful on a #homedecorlowbudget is by choosing furniture that is not too much and that is connected to each room. For example, this work desk area, this spot is the spot where the decoration layout is changed most often because it really suits my mood and my need to create. Sometimes I have to stitch, so the layout supports the atmosphere for sewing, to keep me enthusiastic hehe. Sometimes I just want to think about looking for references and ideas, so I layout it like this photo so it's calming and comfortable to spend a long time looking for references 🥰

Talking about the low budget version of home decor, I think there's a lot I could discuss haha
As I explained in my previous post. "Filling" a house is really homework, it really drains funds, especially after the house building process. Not to mention several development plans that did not meet expectations and ended up becoming homework, another profit 😣 💸
The biggest mistake in my kitchen that can't be forgiven (because no matter how aesthetic it is, no matter how it is decorated or laid out, it still ends up being weird and false) is the backsplash. Yep, my previous backsplash had a dark cream marble motif (the same as the kitchen table). I did everything I could, I DIYed the top plinth, I bought this print, but the results were still bad, especially when photographed. And it's really impossible to dismantle the ceramics. Finally I installed a wallpaper with a capital of 10 thousand which automatically makes my kitchen look more beautiful 🫰🏻

Of course, it's still a simple house where most of the furniture is old furniture.
Yep, like this table and chair set, an old item that is currently filling my living room..
The atmosphere in the living room becomes old-fashioned when you see the table and chairs.
So that it doesn't seem too old-fashioned, because to be honest I don't have any other decoration items to support the old vibes, so I added prints that could be said to be contemporary.
Starting from the placement of table trays, magazines, table lamps, cushions and other items that tend to be light and natural in color.

BTW, this is the back area of the house. Actually, this is a laundry room, but because the space is quite big and I really like the bright ambience (it's really good to take photos here because there's lots of natural light!), I ended up putting my work desk here. Even though I'm a full time housewife now, it feels strange not having a "work desk" hehe

There is nothing special about all the "rooms" in my house. All rooms are the same size, namely 3x3m. There is no difference between the main room, children's room or guest room. Only those who occupy a room make the room have status.
In a room that tends to be narrow, it feels impossible to fit a lot of things. There is only a bed and wardrobe. Because all activities are carried out outside the room and the room is just a place to stop to sleep. It's like a boarding house, isn't it?
But as time goes by, especially when you have a baby, you often wake up or can't even sleep because you're thinking about tomorrow's shopping list or what you're going to do. Meanwhile, all this time it has slowly become a habit, playing on the cellphone and lying in bed. Finally I had the idea to fill the corner of the room with a small study table, so that if I write I can write properly (the type of person everyone wants to write to) 🤭
To make it look more fancy, I added some wall decor, the room became even more beautiful with cheap and cheerful furniture. And believe it or not, I filled this corner of the room with gifts from your o!house! I can get this much and it can be an aesthetic corner in my narrow room ✨

The kitchen is a kind of mother's "working area" at home. It's okay if you don't have a pleasant kitchen... whether it's messy, whether it's shiny, whether you rarely cook or cook often, the kitchen has to be able to make your mother happy... there are those who like it when there are lots of prints, there are also those who like it when everything has to be stored away. so the kitchen table is really clean. The point is "the important thing is that the mother's heart is happy"
My biggest mistake in this kitchen was installing a dark beige marble motif backsplash, which made my kitchen look less clean no matter what style it was styled in. Finally, I put up Korean kitchen style checkered pattern wallpaper to make it look clean, because it wasn't really possible in a new kitchen so I had to dismantle the walls 💸💸💸
Just because the backsplash alone has really helped make my kitchen easy to style. So, to make the kitchen look neater and cover up the "messy side", I also put a curtain under the kitchen to cover up the kitchen prints that I keep there. As a result, the kitchen table is clean, neat and pleasing to the eye. Makes mom's heart happy every time she passes by the kitchen

Talking about home style. Actually, I don't know where my house is going because when I decorate the contents, it's more like just whatever I like. Actually, I really like Japanese-style houses, but my facade doesn't support it because my house has minimal sunlight and too many partitions, it's not really Japanese! Meanwhile, a lot of the furniture and other decoration items are used items that I repainted, so you really get a classic and old school impression. Not to mention there are also many DIY items. What is certain is that what really reflects me is the choice of colors which tend towards earth tones and are dominated by cream-brown colors and lots of wooden furniture.

Even though I'm not working now and am a full time housewife, I still want to have a work desk area at home.
In my opinion, it's kind of strange if you don't have a work desk, to this day, even if the kids are sleeping or need space to think, are busy, even just to daydream for a second, I always run to this work desk.
