If asked which part of the house makes you feel most at home at night besides the bedroom, the answer is definitely: our living room & home office!
In the TV room, all the lighting was built with the cabinet from the start using warm white LED lights that blend with the interior design. Added some mid-century decorative lights to make the ambience warmer and homey — perfect for watching, casual chatting, or light work.
We deliberately chose a warm white yellowish color to match the dominant wooden elements in the house. The result? Warm, comfortable, and still aesthetic.
Meanwhile, in the dining room area, we installed hanging lights with natural white bulbs so that the food still looks fresh and appetizing.
Moving to the home office, the atmosphere was deliberately made different. Here we use more decorative lights, so that the work atmosphere is more fun and full of character. Because working from home doesn't have to be stiff, right?

Creating a comfortable and aesthetic workspace doesn't have to be expensive or complicated. What's important is: it's functional, has character, and makes you want to linger. 🌿
In this small corner, we combine simple elements to create a calm but productive atmosphere:
🖥 Minimalist white desk
With a slim shape and iron legs, it's suitable for small spaces but still sturdy and stylish. I chose white to make the room look more spacious and clean.
💡 Warm tone table lamp
The warm yellow light makes the atmosphere more cozy, especially when working at night. Lighting is the main key to creating a calm ambiance.
🪞 Wavy mirror with pastel yellow frame
Not only decorative, but also gives the illusion of a wider space. The yellow color makes the room feel more cheerful and warm.
📚 Small shelf + dummybook decoration
Dummybook is an additional element that strengthens the aesthetic and artsy nuances. Plus, there's a simple but modern digital clock.
💐 A touch of fresh flowers and cute vases
To keep the room from being monotonous, I added natural elements and soft pastel colors. This also helps to make the mood more positive!

This room is the one with the most transformation. Initially I used it as a work space and sewing studio. Next, I moved the sewing studio to another room at the back, so this room is full for the office only. But as time went on, relatives came more often, so I needed an extra bedroom.
Finally there was a guest bedroom which was still attached to my work desk.
If there are no guests, of course I use this room for work and lunch breaks. ☺️

Now we have turned this front room into a work space. 1 long table is enough for 2 people. Almost everything is white so that the work atmosphere is conducive, because on the monitor we need to see lots of colors.
