I chose the Scandinavian Facade theme because the design is aesthetic and minimalist but still optimal in terms of space function. The characteristic of Scandinavian facades is the triangular shape of the facade. I prefer not to use a lot of glass, so that my house is more private. Hi from Daśa Cavana! Welcome to the type 36 house facade. This house has a front width of 7 meters and a rear length of 11.5 meters. Daśa Cavana is located in a residential area so it has the same Scandinavian shape in every house. Luckily the developer has provisions for changing materials, colors and small details! Happy me! I chose this Scandinavian Industrial style because even though it only has 1 floor, it looks like it has a mezzanine because it is 5.5 meters high. This house has high ceilings to make it feel cooler, because the incoming hot air will be trapped far above the occupants. I chose gray and a touch of brick to get an industrial atmosphere. The colors I choose tend to be dark, so that mold and mildew stains will be hidden and require minimal maintenance. This is what made me decide to design a house in Scandinavian Industrial style! Japandi semi-industrial facade on a 6x10m plot This is a subsidized house that we bought with cash, so that in the future we can change the facade we have without going against the rules of the subsidized house. To be honest, this facade is still original from the developer, we only changed the paint color on the front wall, made a carport area, made a dry garden and front fence. A Japanese industrial style house is one of my personal wishlists, my husband happened to agree. With a modest renovation budget, we are forced not to change the shape of the front facade in the near future. industrial style lies in ✨ selection of iron fences in the form of pipes ✨The part of the wall in the dry garden is only covered with cement ✨The alderon canopy which we accented with a square shape on the steel frame and we left it open without covering the ceiling and we painted the light steel matte black ✨and a hanging shelf in the dry garden area which functions as a storage room for goods (because our house doesn't have a warehouse). The modern-industrial facade is a copy of the Japanese house! 🥹🥹 During the renovation we chose a simple and unique facade inspired by modern Japanese houses. The fence was chosen with an exposed cement finish and was inspired by the work of Japanese architect, Tadao Ando. What makes this facade unique is that it is like boxes that are stacked unevenly so that a 1 meter overhang is formed. This overhang also functions to increase the building area on the 2nd floor. Hello everyone, vintage house facades have appeared again. I chose a simple and vintage facade style because I like the style of European and American country houses. I painted the facade white, combined with double doors and vintage mint sage green frames. GH House Facade - Before After Edition The developer's original facade as a result of this renovation trip initially did not have a fence. Finally, during the renovation, we made a minimalist style concrete fence which was trending at that time (in 2022). The initial colors were bright green and orange, then we changed them to white, a little gray and brown so that it looks natural. It doesn't have a front canopy yet, there is only a side canopy for the roof of the laundry area In early 2023, we decided to install a front canopy made from Alderon RS and a perforated metal fence.
