Daśa Cavana has a Scandinavian industrial facade style. Actually, this is the name of my own style, hihi. Because the shape is Scandi-style triangular, but the vibe is more industrial. The material that stands out on this facade is the use of plastered stone. I chose this style to minimize maintenance. And the gray color that I chose tends to be dark gray, so that the color stands out more. The choice of facade certainly depends on the wishes of each home owner, but for my 1-story house, the tall facade makes the house look more dashing and also feels spacious. • Functional Facade • Hello O!House friends, my house facade design was created to facilitate our needs as home owners. 1. The typical large window on the left side provides abundant light in the bedroom area. 2. The canopy extends in the middle of the facade to shade the stair area so that it protects us from rain when entering the house. 3. A triangular canopy protects the balcony from rain. 4. The choice of canopy covering material from tempered glass allows light to still enter the house. 5. The fence on the right side, apart from being a support structure for the canopy, is also to ensure that children do not fall. 6. The balcony railing material of hollow iron and tempered glass was chosen to avoid the risk of children getting caught in the railing compared to if the design was lattice. 7. This is the facade of my house, scandinavian style. Why choose this style? Because I think this is the most suitable and suits my character 🤭. Even though there were changes at the end of the renovation, we finally chose to fix the design as it is now. And it turns out that my facade is liked by many people 😍. Because I like white and earth tones, I chose natural colors and a combination of wood accents. Satusama Facade. Initially we wanted a clean and bold facade appearance with a monochrome theme. The processed shapes of boxes and lines with curves and the monochrome color of the dominant black metal sheet were chosen. The facade of the house could probably be categorized as modern minimalist, because actually the developer didn't change too much to the facade that came with it during the last renovation. Even though deep in my heart I really want to completely renovate the facade of the house so that it reflects the interior inside the house. However, in order to reduce the budget, we were forced to renovate a little and keep the old roof. The choice of color for the facade also focuses on colors such as white, black, gray and wood color. For decoration, we gave a terracotta touch to all the plant pots and rosters. During yesterday's renovation we made a gas cabinet in the carport area which can accommodate 2 12kg gas cylinders. The gas installation uses a pipe planted under the floor from the carport area to the kitchen area. So when you replace the gas cylinder, the "gas fitter" doesn't need to carry the gas cylinder into the house. Just replace it in the carport area.
