An open concept house, with large frames that can maximize light and air from outside the house, this concept was inspired by the villa we rented in Bali. That's more or less what we explained to our architect when this house was built. We chose Balinese villa architecture that has a peaceful atmosphere and is at one with nature. 🌿
The tropical modern house is increasingly felt by providing large window openings in almost all the rooms in our house. The choice of interior colors also dominates natural colors because they give a natural impression, giving a more homey impression.

For the facade of Bilall's house, I chose an industrial style with neutral colors of white, black/brown.
The choice of white paint on the facade also has an influence on giving this house a spacious impression even though it is only type 30/70.
For the fence itself, I use an expanda type pager, and I use a roaster so that there is air coming into the terrace / it's not hot.

Early 2016 was the moment when we found this tiny house.
I don't know why after looking here and there, it turned out to be suitable and fit with this developer's cluster house. Starting from the budget, area, unique house design (extending to the side), and a safe environment and access that is not too far from the city or main road.
Alhamdulillah the journey and the process were also made easy.
Although tiny, but we think it is still enough for our small family. Pray that there will be sustenance so that we can build a 2nd floor. Hopefully this house will continue to progress and bring blessings and happiness to us. 🖤🤎

•Perumnas Tastes American•
As comfortable as it is to live with OrTu, it certainly can't erase my dream of having my own home with our little family.
After years of saving, we were finally able to buy a second house which was only 1 block away from OrTu's house, although after buying it we couldn't immediately move in because the model was still Perumnas standard and the condition needed a lot of repairs.
Praise God, in 2019 we decided to completely renovate the house, and build from scratch according to our needs, because previously we only had 2 bedrooms, whereas we needed 3 bedrooms.
With the capital of a dream, finally the Perumnas house was transformed into our style of Modern American House 🥰

The Living Room in this house measures 4x5m.
Some time ago we changed the position of the sofa so we wouldn't get bored with the old atmosphere. The white walls in this room are dominated by wood-colored furniture. We don't forget to place artificial plants to make it easier to care for, but can make the room fresher and livelier. We are considering installing WPC on the walls for this plain wall decoration 😊

When deciding to move to this city, we surveyed several clusters
Finally we were satisfied with this house, the reason we chose this place to live is apart from being a strategic location close to everywhere, the cluster is also neat and comfortable, the facade is simple, the environment is safe, the entrance and exit of the cluster
And the most important thing is that the price of the house is within our budget heheh

The living room and kitchen are one of the rooms in my house that use professional services, namely interior vendors.
What helped with the process was @homeputrainterior (instagram). And our consideration for using this service is to be able to maximize the space needed at home. Apart from that, the size is right. Because our house happens to be small, it's a bit tricky to get around this. 🥰

In BTNOA Season 7, I want to share tips & how I decorate my small house.
My house is a subsidized type with a 30/70 building type (I designed it with the Japanesedi style concept) combining soft colors such as wood, white and neutral colors.
In my opinion, the Japanesedi concept can make a room feel warm & comfortable.
In this living room I use a sofa with 2 seats because this room is quite small, only measuring approximately 3 x 4m.
There are also artificial olive trees and several other decorations.

I think lighting at home is very important. Apart from adding lighting, you can also change the ambiance of a room.
Like the lighting in the family room in my house, I deliberately use downlights, spotlights and table lamps that are warmer and yellowish because they match the warm decoration in this room.
That's why I really like that when the weather outside is rainy, cloudy, or even late at night, this room immediately makes you feel cozy because of the changing ambiance from these warm lights.
