This facade design is a default from the developer. Don't be surprised, the facade is not fenced, but thank God the security is 24 hours.
The area covered by the garage is wider than the area designated for the garden. For the garage, we chose tiles with a slightly darker color (gray) with a rougher texture so that it is not slippery, for the roof we chose a glass canopy to make it look more aesthetic even though the maintenance is relatively more difficult.
For the garden area, there are 2 types of grass, live grass and dead grass (synthetic). Live grass in areas that are not covered by the canopy and synthetic grass for the relaxation area that is still covered by the roof of the house.
In this facade area, there are 2 relaxation areas that are deliberately made with different functions, the function in the garden area is as a smoking area for guests who smoke, the other part on the terrace is a transition function or a place to wait for guests (transition foyer).

In our version, the ideal house to live in is a house that is close to public facilities such as hospitals, schools, minimarkets, etc., road access is not flooded, and clean sanitation. These 3 main things are our considerations in choosing #BruwnHouse to live in. Scandinavian style house facade.
This facade is inspired by houses in several European countries that have quite distinctive shapes, namely triangular lines. With the limited width of the house which is only 7 meters, the triangular facade is made higher so that it still looks like it fits the high fence. The choice of cream, white, black, and several natural accents such as plants and wood adds to the 'scandinavian' impression.

🏡 Casazenna house transformation
✨ Definition of a dream house, the first time I saw this cluster I immediately fell in love with the facade of the house.
🛋️ The area I like the most in this house is the open space area, where the living room, dining room, & kitchen are combined so it feels spacious.
✨ Every corner is mostly accented with wood according to the theme of the Japandi house.
🪨 Looks like a house that was originally plain & empty, especially the middle area. It changed completely after the furniture was added. Homey & cozy.

Multifunctional Home Terrace 🏠
Last year, we agreed to make a small terrace in front of the house. This terrace functions as a gathering place in an open space, and also a gathering place for family or even guests who visit our house.
Because our house has a limited building area, we tried to optimize the remaining land to create an open space that is comfortable to use together, and so this terrace was created.
This minimalist terrace measures 3mx4m (length x width). We want to present a homey and warm concept, therefore we chose ceramic or wood textured tiles for the floor and also wood motif striped tiles as seating. In addition, for lighting we use warm light for hanging lamps and garden lights.
Don't forget we added round hollow iron above the terrace which is used to dry clothes during the day. We try to maximize the function of our terrace where it can be a gathering place or a place to dry clothes.

NRHome Modern Minimalist Facade
One of the reasons for renovating the facade to make it look more minimalist & warm, we added GRC lisplank to the facade wall. The material used is GRC wood motif & natural color to make it look more minimalist.
Our NRHome balcony also uses railings with iron nako material which functions to be safer & adds aesthetics to the facade.
The budget we spend on the facade wall is not that expensive but different from the balcony which costs quite a lot but the results are very satisfying with what we want ⭐️⭐️
The most important tips for choosing materials on the facade are quality so that it is more durable & minimal damage.
