Facade
#rumahlimut hasn't made many changes to the facade; it retains its old appearance, with the addition of a balcony and rooftop on the first floor.
This balcony is decorated with a canopy made of iron sheet and plants in hanging pots.
From this balcony, there are cement stairs leading up to the rooftop. We painted these stairs a classic black and white color and they are slightly visible from below.

The facade style of our residence is a minimalist facade with a scandi industrial style. Dominated by white & gray with a touch of wood color to make the atmosphere warmer. We chose this facade style because it is simple, minimalist, simple to suit the owner's account which is also simple & minimalist. The material we use for the walls is full red brick, for roof tiles we use flat concrete, rosters also use concrete, hats are also cast concrete so that they are sturdy when hit by reality. Thus.

NRHome Minimalist Facade which can be said for the canopy we chose a material with a minimal budget.
The roof used uses Polycarbonate material with a thickness of 1.2mm in bronze color & for the frame we use lightweight steel finished in black paint.
Tips for choosing materials with a minimal budget are adjusted to the theme of the house so that the results are also more optimal.
