➖ NOT an Open Space House 🔍 This Tiny House is still the developer's default shape and model, we haven't renovated it yet. What makes this house not open space is the kitchen area which has been closed by a partition/wall from the start. But there are Pros and Cons too, ➕ Pros: • The smell of smoke from the kitchen does not go directly to other rooms. • If the kitchen is messy, it is not directly visible to guests/from the entrance. ➖ Cons: • The abundant sunlight from the back of the house (kitchen) does not enter other rooms. • Makes other rooms narrower because of the wall partition (not Open Space) So we outsmarted it by changing the wall color to white on the walls of the entire house when we first moved in. Also placing compact, small and minimalist furniture so that other rooms still have space left. Hello Kimkim's neighbors 👋🏻 The color palette of Kimkim's living room tends to be natural colors, namely: brown, green, and white as a neutralizer. Why did I choose these colors, because I really like things related to nature. The brown color was chosen from the color of wood & green from the color of plants. Combining them is very easy. because the color of plants such as trees has elements of brown (for trunks) and green (for leaves) so I chose those 2 colors. The sage green color on the wallbatten is very matching with the color of the SPC floor & wooden furniture.
