The living room is a favorite area in Kimkim's house. Because this is a room where my family and I gather, spending time together. Therefore, I chose a 2-seater sofa with an additional corner sofa so that we can relax.
I chose furniture with natural wood colors to create a warm atmosphere. and use some indoor plants as decoration and are also useful as natural air purifiers such as mother-in-law's tongue & golden pothos which can absorb toxins.

The carpet in the living room I deliberately highlighted with black and white with a diamond pattern
To avoid a monotonous impression, I covered the sofa cushions using a soft moss green fur blanket. For the curtains I chose blackout material in beige as a neutralizer of the many colors in the living room.

Hello Neighbor Kimkim
Because the building area of Kimkim's house is approximately 40m2, so we have to be smart in arranging the space. Therefore, I created an open space concept for the living room, kitchen & dining area.
The advantage of open space is that it makes the house look spacious & airy and we can still connect with each other with family members who are in the living room, kitchen or dining area.
