➖ Bold Bedroom Decor
We decorated this 3x3 small room to match the theme of the house, which is predominantly black with a touch of earth tone.
—— Aren't you afraid of mosquitoes?
Alhamdulillah, so far there have been no mosquitoes, and if there are mosquitoes, they are not too many and often 🦟
For comfort, we still sleep on a floor mattress. In this main room, we use vinyl flooring to make it warmer & homey.
We also use downlights that can be adjusted to suit the ambiance of the room, can be changed to warm or cool light.

Who else likes rearranging their room when they're feeling stressed?🥲 For me, this is quite helpful, because the body is busy moving so the mind is distracted, lol. Besides that, I also feel that I need a new atmosphere so that I can be more comfortable while resting, and this is the result!🛏️✨
I moved the mattress to the corner near the window to get a new vibe. Now, I wake up in a better mood (maybe the sunlight from the window helps with that!) Btw, because my bed doesn't have a couch, it was super easy to move, haha.
I also moved the book trolley so it's closer, so it's easier to grab a book when you're relaxing on the bed. The rest is still the same, the nuance is clean minimalist with a touch of green that makes the atmosphere so relaxing. I also still use this lightweight summer blanket because even though it rains almost every day (and night), sometimes it still feels a bit hot, so this blanket is perfect for maintaining comfort.
So, yeah, move the furniture around a bit and boom—new vibes, better mood! Who would have thought that moving things could be so therapeutic? 🥹 My room is more comfortable, and my mind is calmer 🩵

🌸 Kids Room Decoration 🌸
For the kids' room, I deliberately didn't put too many things, so that they have more freedom to play.
The floor in this room uses matt granite so that it is not slippery.
The decoration is also simple with materials that are not easily broken such as plastic and wood, because my children are still small. Sometimes using carpet, sometimes not, just changing blankets or sheets, so as not to get bored.
On the walls, wall stickers with a planet theme are deliberately attached because my children are currently enjoying learning about astronomy.
This room with a size that is not too big can be made beautiful with minimal decoration, as long as we can mix and match well ✨

MASTER BEDROOM✨
Six months ago, this room was dark and empty and it's 24-year-old charm had been hidden away behind old drawers & flooring. In case you wanna see, here's what the space looked like on day one.
Kamar utama di Hatta Home ini berukuran 11 meter persegi. Kami ingin menciptakan vibes farmhouse yang berbeda dengan ruangan lainnya, vibes yang lebih “moody” dengan pilihan furniture & materials dominan gelap.
So we repainted, added a Queen-size bed, refinished the floors with a dark brown wooden, replaced the wardrobe, lighting, added rustic side table & black doff nightstands to make our rustic side table stand out. Soon we will replace the drapes as well😆
Although the room is still not fully decorated, the end result is more bright & alive, welcoming, and sooo us✨

My way of making a comfortable #bedroom is by using an In The Box mattress that has an Extra Cool Gel Memory foam feature on its soft top layer and has a material that makes the mattress feel cool and super comfortable.
In addition, the selection of #seprei and #duvet materials greatly affects the quality of sleep so that everything on the mattress must use quality materials

Styling My Bedroom ✨
The room is the most comfortable place to rest after being tired of doing daily activities. Although this room is not so spacious measuring 3.5 m x 3.5 m but it must be made comfortable, there is not much furniture in this room, we only add decorations to the walls with wall panels combined with UPVC marble, and add artificial plants to give a fresh impression and we also add 1 standing lamp as a night light.

What's in this 3x3 room?
We use this developer's bedroom as a bed and a workspace.
In this room we use a 160x200 mattress and in the corner we add an elbow-shaped work desk to utilize the space.
For the wall accents we use wallbattens that we made ourselves (DIY) with Dutch teak wood.
This bedroom is the first room that we made over to be bolder with black paint with warm accents from the wood tone.

The main room when it was still just two and already three is certainly different.
In the past, it was safe to use a spring bed + roll pillow, now so that Ghaizan doesn't easily fall down, we added a bedrail next to it.
Ohya, there is a funny story why we bought this spring bed. It used to be that our mattress in the apartment kept making noise when used to sleep, and kept deflating like that for a long time. As a result, when Ghaizan was born, he slept less comfortably because of the noise hehe
Had time to say, "tomorrow if you buy a good mattress let's go... so that his son won't be as fussy as he is now."
And... Alhamdulillah, as soon as it became his house, we had the means to buy a mattress that was soft, comfortable, and of course not noisy. We have surveyed several brands, tried sleeping on them and the Millionare type is the best 🤣😂
To make the room more comfortable, we use a set of Lady Americana roll-on pillows (which we negotiated as a bonus and got a high Mayan type AHAHAHA) plus tencel pillows from Kooka Baby 🥰🤗
That's our story in making our room homey and comfortable, not only for us, but also for the little one.

Spacious 4x4 master bedroom for parents 🤩😁. With teak parquet for the floor, interior and built-in wardrobe.
The wooden floor makes the footrest comfortable and the room feels warm.
A cozy bedroom for us is one that doesn't have a lot of stuff, so a custom bed with hidden storage really helps to store stuff.
The built-in wardrobe is made of pressed teak wood that still maintains the wood grain motif to strengthen its natural fibers.

The bedroom in #rumahmaknaa is 5 x 3.5 meters. But the sleeping area used is only 3.5 x 3.5 meters. The rest is used as a work area.
I use a 180 x 200 cm mattress. So that it doesn't look full, I use a short divan. To make it more comfortable, I choose a quality mattress, pillows, bolsters, sheets and blankets. In my opinion, this really supports the comfort of the bedroom.
The addition of a table lamp with warm colors and a reed diffuser makes the room feel more comfortable.

A bedroom for rest, in addition to being made comfortable, must be made healthy!
Considering the direction of the sunrise, we made the glass opening facing east so that the room gets healthy morning sunlight.
A custom bed frame with storage underneath is made with the aim of minimizing the use of furniture in the room so that the room still looks spacious.
A headboard with LED strip lights that function as a night light.
They are also children.. as minimalist as the interior of the house, we still allow them to express themselves by decorating their rooms with action figures or posters.
