‼️ Before and after transformation of a small bathroom measuring 170cm x 160cm

This bathroom (main bathroom) in the Casadeharsa house is located on the 2nd floor. The layout is the original developer's and was not changed during the renovation because there was a risk of leaks when sleeping to make a new channel.

So that this small bathroom looks spacious and more functional, the transformations we made during the renovation so that this bathroom also becomes more aesthetic and looks luxurious are:
✅ Replacing all ceramics with mosaic tiles (ceramic sheets)
✅ Replacing the toilet model without a cylinder
✅ Replacing the shower pole with a built-in shower
✅ Moving the water heater to the ceiling
✅ Replacing all sanitary products from silver to gold with the same appearance/type of gold / one type
✅ Providing a large arch mirror
✅ Replacing the wet and dry area separator from curtains to tempered glass
✅ Replacing the bathroom cabinet model with a sink above the top table
✅ Drilling a hole in the wall for a soap dish and adding an LED strip.

I chose a minimalist style with a modern concept. The shape of the building is like the letter L on the upper window with a flat roof. To make it look more modern, a touch of marble ceramics is given to the middle pillar of the house. Gives a warmer and more comfortable impression to look at.
🏡 White and brown walls and paint give a more natural impression
🍀 Given a touch of green plants to make it look cool
🪟 each part of the front wall of the facade with large windows, to get good lighting

Affordable but aesthetic material at sumo_nest ✨
On the facade there is a roster wall and also a house number from a plate that we form round as an architectural element.
The divider between the main door and the stairs uses gypsum painted and combined with hpl, in addition to adding an aesthetic element but also functional in design because there is storage at the bottom.

The use of wpc and Hpl in the kitchen area so that not all use granite. For areas that are not too often wet, we choose to use hpl only to reduce the budget. The combination of material colors is such that it still blends with other materials.

🔅After - Before Kitchen Renovation🔅
Back when renovating, my mother's wish was simple, she wanted the kitchen to be expanded, to look clean and bright. Finally we dismantled the small warehouse next to the old kitchen. And the result is the current kitchen, more spacious.
so that the kitchen looks clean and bright, we finally chose a neutral color. white for the wall paint, brown cream nuances for the kitchen interior itself. initially to save the budget, she wanted to maintain the old kitchen backsplash, so she only bought it for the expansion area. it turned out that the motif was hard to find. finally we replaced it with the current one. but still with a mosaic motif, it looks a bit classic.
we chose to make the top table from wood motif ceramics besides being durable, it also saves the budget.
the hanging shelf with a bright wood grain motif HPL layer is our old kitchen shelf. while the lower shelf is new custom with a light brown duco paint method.
we chose stainless steel sink and faucet for easy maintenance.

Having more space next to the house, I decided to make a small terrace. Initially I thought about buying an L-shaped garden chair, but because of the limited budget, I finally decided to make a seat from cast iron covered with leftover ceramics from the laundry area floor tiles. Then for the floor, I covered it with synthetic grass so that it is easier to maintain.
Although this area is not too large, it is comfortable enough as a place to sit and relax and drink coffee in the morning.
