A beautiful, neat, clean and aesthetic kitchen is my dream 🥰. From the beginning of renovating the kitchen, I wanted everything to fit in the kitchen cabinet, from pans, jars, teapots to kitchen spices and spoons and forks. That's why I made a kitchen cabinet with a large and spacious space. I filled the kitchen drawers with eating and cooking utensils, and complete spices all fit into the drawers. The main goal is to make the kitchen table top look clean and minimize the details. Supporting places to fit all items are with tiered shelves and hanging shelves. Various kinds of kitchen spices are neatly stored in glass bottles with stainless steel lids neatly lined up to make it easier to cook. I also arranged spoons, forks, knives, strainers, etc. in one storage drawer. White as always hehe ... this color makes the kitchen look clean and spacious. SFhaus has 4 bathrooms. The concept, material, color palette, and sanitary are not differentiated to be cohesive with the overall house that carries the colonial art deco theme, but there are still characters and colors that are highlighted in each bathroom. Master & Kid bathroom = green. Guest bathroom = dark red. ART bathroom = creamy white. The SFhaus master bathroom measures 2.4 x 2.1 m, not big and does not use a bathtub because we are not the type who linger in the bathroom. The master bathroom is designed with a his-her sink and a wall-to-wall mirror measuring 2.4 x 1.8 m. The highlighted color in the master bathroom is green, on the mosaic tiling and vanity. All of our bathrooms are designed with a tropical bioclimatic concept that optimizes energy saving, smooth air circulation, optimal lighting, passive cross ventilation (air flows even when the door is closed). This creates a bright, non-humid, and odorless bathroom without an exhaust fan. The roof is fitted with a ventilated skylight with a 40 cm high opening using steel mosquito nets to prevent insects from entering, plus bengkirai wood lattices. The walls have air vents. This concept optimizes negative pressure, stacked effect, and passive cross ventilation so that it does not require an exhaust fan. Air pollution only takes about 30 seconds to be sucked out, checked using colored smoke. All bathrooms use PVC vanities for maximum economic life. Lots of storage for cleaning tools, personal care, rags and towels. The tabletop uses the same sintered stone as the kitchen. Using a solar water heater instead of a high-power electric water heater, so that the ceiling looks clean and energy efficient. If you pay attention, we do not use glass dividers, because of experience in previous homes, it is very difficult to clean glass from water mold every weekend.
