This TV backdrop is one of the few low-budget decor items in this house.. I designed this backdrop myself and asked a handyman to make it (not a kitchen set handyman).. Small bathroom measuring 2 x 1.5 m.
Our bathroom is still the developer's default and we only cover the temporary walls with paper. For bathroom details, we deliberately did not want to add too much because the concept is clean and minimalist.

There are many windows in this house, so that natural lighting and the house become bright, instead of using curtains, we prefer to use roller blinds, besides being easier to maintain, they are also more pocket-friendly 🙂
For the walls using HPL molding painted with gray paint, for the wpc panel on the tv backdrop is also painted with the same nuance, to make it look more aesthetic we use paperive stone motif on the base of the tv backdrop

To create an affordable kitchen & dining, I do a lot of self makeovers and DIY using budget-friendly materials such as PVC Kertasive Stickers, repaint furniture with environmentally friendly wood paint, or make my own Wall Art using used canvas and cardboard. By using budget-friendly materials, the room can be more aesthetic without having to be expensive 🤍

Open Space Dining Room, Small House Solution to Look Spacious
A dining room and kitchen that are one will create a more spacious, functional, and integrated space. The concept is Scandinavian modern with more emphasis on wood elements.
📌The dining room displays an exploration of materials and shapes. Dining table with 4 chairs, where the chairs are a combination of materials. There are chairs with wood, plastic and iron materials, creating an interesting visual contrast and giving a dynamic impression to the dining room. The table material itself is pine wood.
📌There is an island table with 2 bar chairs, besides functioning as a place to prepare food, it can also function as an additional dining table because there are 5 family members. The island table is moveable, there are hidden driving wheels, making it easier to move. The island table is made of granite material coated with PVC interior film and the table body is made of multiplex coated with HPL.
📌The kitchen with an L-shape design utilizes two sides of the wall, providing a large work area without taking up too much space. Create a workflow that facilitates the implementation of the kitchen work triangle (the relationship between the stove, sink, and refrigerator) for efficiency when cooking. With two sides of the wall, it allows for more storage cabinets above and below. The countertop is wider, providing a comfortable workspace for preparing food. Multiplex material with HPL coating for the lower cabinet and PVC interior film coating for the upper cabinet.

There's something new in the kitchen #RumahAngsoka, the transformation from the white anti-fungal paint wall now uses a really beautiful wall decor! So it's neater, cleaner, and the black color is brighter! Hehe...
And also the change in the island table which is whiter. Previously it was still dirty and had lots of children's artwork scribbles, now it's crisp🤗

One Material Can Be Used Anywhere.
I want to share one material that can be used anywhere (except outdoors) and can also be installed on furniture, Kertasive.
So, this Kertasive is a PVC Interior Film that can be used on any furniture as long as the furniture is flat and not damp. I used this Kertasive application for the wood beam layer and also our stairs. Because we wanted 1 tone color, we chose Kertasive with the Classica Oak color.
Alhamdulillah our wishlist for this kitchen was fulfilled, namely the installation of woodbeam. For the woodbeam itself, I used 3mm PVC board and covered it with Kertasive. The total budget I needed was less than 500 thousand :) cheap right?

Budget-Friendly Materials.
Slide 1: Kertasive that we use for our stairs and the ceiling of the end of our bedroom wall because we want to get the same color as our kitchen cabinets. In addition to being elastic, this kertasive is durable and waterproof.
Slide 2: The ceiling that we use is made of plain white PVC, then we cover it with kertasive to match the color of our stairs and kitchen cabinets. With this we can reduce our renovation budget.
Slide 3: PVC ceiling for our house carport. For the carport ceiling we chose to use PVC.
Slide 4: SPC flooring, we chose spc besides being cheaper than wooden floors and more durable.

The 2nd slide is my kitchen before I made over.
Initially, my kitchen table top used black granite in the hope that if there was dirt it wouldn't be easily visible, but it turned out that if there were water spots, they would be very visible.. finally I covered it with wood motif paperive, and I changed the kitchen nuance to white and wood so that the kitchen felt brighter but also warm. For the kitchen inspiration, I got it from pinterest 🥰
For the kitchen undercarriage, I made a DIY undercarriage door, from plywood, which I covered with white stickers, and I attached a ducting cable to become a rail.
