‼️ Farmhouse Facade
The facade of our house is a part that has been significantly changed from the developer's standard version. The design is quite simple because it is the result of our own thoughts inspired by the villages in Amsterdam. The material only uses textured GRC/wood plank, the aim is to save budget and in accordance with the theme of the "farmhouse" house that we chose.

We didn't change or replace much of this developer's kitchen, we only replaced the floor with granite and the back splash with white ceramic to keep it in harmony with the other rooms.

NIGHT VIBES at Jungle Bathroom 😂
I wanted a Jungle Bathroom, but I wanted to give it more plants, but it ended up being cramped 😀.
Because of the jungle, I wanted it to look more aesthetic, so I created dim lights. So there are 2 types of lights in this bathroom, dim and bright. I like the dim ones because they look more aesthetic
The type of lighting is sufficient from yellow LED lights and aesthetic looking ceiling lampshades
A few tips for interior lighting (bathroom):
- For an aesthetic atmosphere, look for yellow LED lights, either milky or transparent, with a wattage that is neither bright nor dark.
- There must be 1 brighter white light just for backup, when we want to look for objects in the room. Because the lights are dim, it's a bit difficult to see when you need to look for things
- Bathing area (bathup/shower) creates a more dim atmosphere
- BAB Closet area, add brighter backup lights
- If there is a mirror in the bathroom, add a lamp right above the mirror
- Don't forget to always maintain cleanliness in any room ❤️

The way we save space is by eliminating the living room and replacing it with an entrance way / foyer! This foyer is quite simple, its function is as a divider between the outside and inside areas of the house, so we make a leveling with different materials. For a place to stop by to take off and put shoes.
The materials we use to decorate this area are quite simple, with granite floors and SPC floor leveling so that the space looks different and follows the inspiration of Japanese houses. Initially the area was empty but we decided to make a half-body shoe cabinet, so that the top can be decorated with at least a framed our wedding bouquet. And golden pothos leaves in vases so that there is a green nuance.
The cabinet that we made was also made with affordable materials, HPL-coated multiplex with Taco Sheet inside to make it cheaper.
We made the entrance door using teakwood outer layer meranti wood. Not using ironwood or others to save budget, the price can be half! The results are not bad in our opinion.
For the front end of the entrance, we actually want to put a tall plant pot next to the glass as a decoration, but for now we are trying to use an umbrella basket so that people don't hit the glass😁
Minimal but meaningful decoration can also be done with a thin budget!
