Kitchen Set Details 🍴🥣🥘🍳 Let's take a closer look at @first21.haus' kitchen 🫶 Kitchen set with a size of 2 meters, a table top width of 70cm and a table top height of 85cm. Sink size 60x45cm. Using HPL cabinet material in wallnut color (dark brown), White resin table top. Green mosaic backsplash tiles motif. With 2 upper cabinets & 2 shelves. The upper cabinet is used to stock food ingredients. The left one is designed into 2 compartments and the right one is 1 compartment for more varied storage. Then I requested the function of this shelf so that it can place electronic devices that are tall & bulky such as food processors, blenders & airfryer, while the second shelf is for spices and pans as an extension for storing cooking utensils to make it easier when needed. For the lower cabinet consists of: 1) gas cylinder storage with railing that can be pulled out, 2) in the second cabinet there is a hanger for pans, drainers, basins, choppers etc., then there is a drawer for cutteleries and what I like the most is that there is still space for a spice rack on the right side. 3) plate rack & 2-sided glass rack (top and bottom), 4) the cabinet under the sink has a wet trash can (food waste) & as a storage for tools and cleaning products. Then for the rice cooker is on the drinking water gallon table which is positioned to the right of the dining table. This table has wheels so it can be pulled when taking drinking water. Then on the upper wall I added a wall board shelf for hanging towel cloths and small storage. Open space concept of 60m2 house ✨ We deliberately chose an interior design with minimal partitions or open space to create a spacious impression with a limited area. Small kitchen ✨ This kitchen doesn't have a kitchen set yet, but to make it more comfortable, we made a DIY makeover ourselves with a low budget using a PVC ceiling cabinet cover and we bought the upper cabinets online. For the top table, we used 60x60 cm granite in wood grain color and a white brick motif bevel backsplash. This is my kitchen renovation story ✨ Starting from a standard house, there is nothing special about this kitchen. The layout is in accordance with the developer. We only changed the backsplash tiles and the table. For the door, we adjusted it to the theme of the dining table made of teak wood with rattan variations, so that it matches. We used the services of a nearby carpenter, where the rattan rolls were purchased at the marketplace. The tiles that we made turned out to be not high enough, so oil splashed on the wall. I have tried oil-resistant paint but there are still stains, so checkered stickers are a practical choice to cover the shortcomings. For the color palette, I carried a more dominant gray-white-black-and light wood color, beautified with green artificial plant decorations and other decorative items that are not only beautiful but can also be used to support activities in the kitchen and dining room. When I moved into this house, one of the things I wanted the most was a clean & light, yet functional kitchen. That's why I chose a minimalist one-line kitchen design, paired with this special island table in the middle. This island table is very multifunctional: preparing food, breakfast-lunch-dinner, to afternoon journaling while drinking tea. One side even has a built-in shelf for books, because why not?😄 To keep things looking clean, airy, and Pinterest-worthy (yes, even on a regular day), I deliberately didn't use the upper cabinets. Just a simple wooden shelf to display my mug collection (they had to be on display!) All the not-so-cute stuff? Stored neatly in the lower cabinets and storage in the island. Storage ideas in a mini kitchen 🏠 Our kitchen has 2 sides because this house used to be a 2-room house that we made into one building. The renovation slowly made us decide to keep the old kitchen part to be used as a temporary pantry. On the dirty kitchen side, some equipment such as jars, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, spoons and spatulas are arranged in the cabinet to make it look neat. Cooking spices are arranged on wooden shelves and some on rotating shelves to make them easier to reach when cooking. For the pantry side, some kitchen stock, baking ingredients and soap stock are partly arranged in the cabinet.
