We made the kitchen set first after we finished the house contract. We chose brown-white and also a grayish backsplash with a terrazzo motif. We also added a teak dining table that we customized at one of the Jepara furniture. We deliberately only added 2 chairs, because our child is still small. This place is the most comfortable place to relax. Yes, even though this is just a terrace on the 2nd floor, we put teak chairs and a small table to put snacks and drinks to accompany relaxing. Meanwhile, we sometimes use this outdoor area as an alternative work place to be fresher and not bored in front of the laptop desk. Occasionally we look at our hobby, which is looking at the surrounding plants that we care for every day. So besides being a place to relax, this terrace area also functions to welcome guests who visit the house. What kind of house is comfortable? Of course our own house 😁 We don't have children yet and haven't prepared a room and necessities for children. So we share some materials that make the house feel more comfortable. 1) Wooden vinyl flooring. We use vinyl stickers. You can use stickers, or glue, or join them, depending on your budget. All have their own advantages and disadvantages. 2) Sofa with fabric cover. We chose fabric cover material so that it is more durable, not hot, textured, not slippery, and of course the price is relatively cheap. Maintenance is also easy, it can be removed and taken to the laundry. 3) Teak armchair. So that it is durable and long-lasting but still aesthetic.
