Classic Facade by Teguh Architect
Hello good evening all friends🫶🏻
I want to tell you a little about my home renovation journey during the pandemic (2021). Previously my house consisted of 1 floor with a minimalist facade theme which had been completely renovated in 2016 and had never been put in place.
Since the Covid-19 pandemic, my family and I have mostly stayed at home, where I think a house with 1 floor is not enough for me and my family. The time has come when my first child can request his own room😁
Finally, my husband and I decided to renovate the house from one floor to 3 floors with the help and services of a professional architect by Teguh Architects. I chose to use the services of a professional architect to realize my dream design and maximize the land and space in the house.
Thank God, the facade of my house is in accordance with my wishes and the shape is 99% similar to Mas Teguh's design.

Houses on limited land are really cramped, you have to think about space so you can use everything. One of them is the area under the stairs. Initially I wanted to just stockpile it because the kitchen was originally planned to be in L mode but it was a shame there was space in that corner if it was just closed, coincidentally we didn't have a warehouse and in the end, this space of approximately 90x193cm with a depth of 96cm was finally used as a warehouse.
This decision is really beneficial for our house which has limited/narrow land.
The last slide is before the warehouse is finished during construction.

‼️ Utilizing & Maximizing the Space Under the Stairs
Because the land in the casadeharsa house is very limited, where the building is only built on 60m2 of land, we also have to utilize the land under the stairs for a warehouse and bathroom with a camouflage door. Although the size of the warehouse and bathroom is mini, we designed both spaces so that the function of both spaces remains optimal.

Hello, hello from the 1m laundry room hahaha.. this laundry room was deliberately made narrow so that my limited land could be used for other growing space in the future. Now it's a place where kids play from morning until evening hehehe

✨ From the beginning of building the house, this 3x4 meter area was specifically planned to be a multifunctional space.
Not a leftover land, but deliberately designed so that it can be a small kitchen, dining area, and green spot in the house 🌿
The choice of white and wooden elements was deliberately chosen so that the appearance remains bright, clean, and warm.
The side wall is given a small garden with climbing plants so that there is still a cool nuance even inside the house 🌱
Coral stone and wooden floors are the right combination so that there is still a natural impression.
A slim dining table is placed near the kitchen for efficiency — but still comfortable for eating with a small family.
Simple, but the spot that is most often used and makes the house feel alive 🫶🏻

With a limited area of 1.5 x 1.5 meters, we design it for a washing and drying area. To maintain privacy, we use a roster as a cover in the laundry area and use a folding clothesline to make it neater when not in use.

Make the balcony comfortable even if it's half a day. A balcony of only 1x3 meters can be made comfortable and cool by adding plants. Add 2 chairs and a table so you can sit and relax while having afternoon tea or coffee and chatting with your husband.

Having a room with limited space is one of the challenges for me, especially if my hobby is making home decorations 🫣
For example, the living room at Livingwithnas, the size of the room is only around 3 x 4m. So how do you keep it feeling spacious?
1. Color selection, it is recommended to choose soft, neutral or light shades, for example white, beige, cream, sage.

Side garden, a small oasis in the midst of hustle and bustle.
Utilization of side land with an area of 5.5 x 1.5 as a garden area and for drying clothes. We closed this area using roster so that there is air circulation, and we painted it using the color Open Season-N3 006 to add a bright impression. With the presence of green open space like this, the house feels fresher and can be used as a place to relax and gather with family.
