Mini Vina House Terrace Renovation 🏡 In mid-2022, we decided to renovate the terrace which was intended to add a concrete seating space on the terrace as an additional room in the house, or it could be used as an additional place when gathering with the extended family. Actually, there were not many changes to the facade itself, just adding a little roaster to the wall to make it look more beautiful, and cool because air can enter through the roaster gap. In addition, we added a canopy with hollow iron, UPVC, and clear Carbolux for the canopy roof, so that during the day it is not too hot because it uses 1/2 UPVC, and so that sunlight can still enter the house by using 1/2 clear Carbolux. We also repaired the damaged carport cement by using ceramics with white coral stones in between. Although not much has been changed in this renovation, the changes are very different from the appearance of the terrace of the house before it was renovated. Hi Neighbors, We chose a minimalist facade, by adding triangular accents to some areas, and because our roof uses alderon and cement roof so that the roof is not visible. Our facade color uses a dominant white, so that it looks visually spacious. And adding cement gray color to make it look industrial. We also put many trees in the front area of the facade, with a height that adjusts so that it does not cover the facade itself. ➖ Outdoor Lighting This time I want to share lighting in the outdoor area of my small house. Our house happens to be in the corner area of the cluster, and the next door neighbor's house has a high wall that faces away from the house, so we need a lot of light because it's dark. So in the outdoor area we have 5 different types of lights. 1. Lights for the entrance area, we install warm white ceiling lights that are quite bright. 2. The garden area has 2 different types of lights, wall lights and spotlights (lights attached) to the warm colored cactus area. 3. The garage area lights also have 2 different types of lights, the lights we installed in the canopy and the fence lights (built by the developer) are also warm light in color.
