✨ Split Level Facade with Mini Garden
Hi everyone, welcome to our house facade. Actually, our facade uses a design from the developer, but what makes it different from other houses is that we changed the terrace area into a small garden.
To add privacy in the front area of the house, we also added a Roster wall. In addition, because the house area is higher than the garage, we use a leveling system on the facade with stair access from two parts, stairs from the side of the garage & stairs from the front of the house.
Hopefully our facade can be an inspiration for minimalist homes.

The facade theme of #casadeharsa is a modern farmhouse inspired by the village of Zaanse Schans in Amsterdam when we were on vacation in Europe in 2019. For the entire facade wall, we applied the use of link planks to match the style of the farmhouse house.

At the beginning of the first renovation in mid-2020, we chose blue but then changed it to sage green to give a cooler, calmer, more harmonious ambience and look more minimalist.

The atmosphere on the terrace after the rain tonight. This terrace measures 3.5 meters x 2.8 meters using an L-shaped cast concrete bench. We have added additional storage at the bottom of this bench which we made using CLICK ON PVC which can be used as a place to store car washing equipment, handyman equipment and even for storing goods. items that are no longer used.
This terrace functions as a place to receive guests as well as a place to hang out in the afternoon or evening. We deliberately didn't install a canopy because we wanted to still be able to enjoy the night sky without being obstructed by the canopy roof.
We provide LED lighting along the cactus plants to give a warm and comfortable impression at night.

To enter Natanara House, we pass through a brick ramp, down from the front area, and are greeted by a wooden door with a combination of glass.
We like to create a sequence of entering the house. By playing with floor levels, various materials, so that there is an experimental atmosphere when entering the house.
The nuance in this hallway uses a combination of natural materials, kamprot walls, wooden doors, the walls next to them are randomly arranged bricks, and the floor is made of real bricks.
By making an entrance with a ramp (not stairs) we can freely enter and exit the house easily. Hopefully we will use this house until old age. Amen 🙏

Yuppp with the size of the terrace in general but it can be multifunctional, especially since today's houses have limited land area and every house definitely needs a warehouse, so you have to be able to find a gap in the corner of the house so that it still functions. Hopefully it inspires 🥰🫶
