Renovation of a Second Home with a Minimal Budget✨
This is a second home that we bought in 2018. From the beginning, we were looking for a used house in a cluster area. Why not just a new house? I thought at that time I wanted to live in an environment that was well-managed, there were already community organizations starting from RW, RT, religious study clubs, security sections, cleaning sections, traveling gallon sellers, traveling meatball sellers hehe.. and minimal renovations to save budget. The renovation only involved dismantling 1 fence on the ground floor to create an open space, installing SPC like in my daughter's room, making a rooftop for a laundry area and mini garden. The renovation budget is around 250 million, with the calculation not to exceed the current selling price of the house.
