To support the consistency of the Industrial Rustic theme, our house is not far from cement, wood, brick and metal elements. Which gives the effect of natural color tones such as black, brown and gray. This house is designed with many custom interiors made by local craftsmen to support MSMEs. From the bed, cupboard and storage, we customize everything from pressed teak wood pieces and still maintain the natural wood grain as a motif. All furniture is maximized to be made into storage so that there are not many items displayed in our house. Of course this makes our house look more spacious. The selection of items is always thought out repeatedly so that they really provide a storage function. The facade of a simple house with a modern minimalist concept. The roster fence is 3 meters high and has a horizontal iron fence with a central door opening. We chose 2 motifs for our fence roster. "Propeller" roster, a raised surface on the front fence of the house and the top is curved. "Donut" roster, a flat surface on the side fence of the house, its function is for privacy with the next door neighbor and to maintain air circulation to the terrace. We chose white paint for the walls of our house, giving the impression that the facade of this house is spacious and clean. The terrace canopy is standard, and our house still uses 3 original roof mountains from the house. The roof tiles are also still original from clay. Simple indeed. Sansivera plants decorate the front of our house and a large trash can according to the needs of the garbage disposal. In front of the house there are also street lights from the original. Terrace in the House, this is behind the roster fence. This simple but spacious terrace has sansivera plants with 1 meter high wall pots. The laundry and drying area in my house is located on the side of the house, and can be accessed either directly from outside or from inside the house. The top of the laundry area is completely covered with a polycarbonate canopy so that I don't have to worry about leaving the clothes drying when I go to the office and it rains. There are not too many decorations in the laundry and drying area to avoid dust buildup because it is located outside the house. So with minimalist decorations, cleaning it is also not too difficult and time-consuming. To store washing equipment such as detergent, I only use a minimalist Lerberg rack from Ikea, equipped with artificial plants as decoration. Because it has never been uploaded on any social media hehe. Coincidentally, this bedroom has never been renovated since we moved house. Yes, it's still as is, just a little touch of make over on the bedroom walls, the wallpaper has been changed twice, the hanging lamp and the built-in wardrobe. The concept of this bedroom is modern minimalist, unique and cute furniture with pop colors makes my child feel at home in the room 😍. The wood-colored floor ceramic material and some of the walls are covered with checkered wallpaper, on the ceiling there is a cloud painting, this is a legacy from the previous occupant. Minimalist teak wood bed frame with a 180x200 mattress, comfortable pillows, waterproof sheets that are safe from the little ones' pee 😄, bright colored blankets, chess-patterned wave carpets, aesthetic standing mirrors, etc. still fit well in this bedroom. first time looking for a house in 2020 during the pandemic, it took about 4 months until finally choosing this house. When buying this house, the reasons were because of the good location, already full housing (old housing area) and affordable prices with a land area of 6x16 meters2. changes to this house from its initial appearance (developer default) to now being renovated a little bit to get a hommi japandi feel. the back area which was originally empty land, was made into a full building for the kitchen and washing and drying area. until now I am still happy and grateful to be able to buy this house. Because this house feels comfortable to live in with family.
