Kitchen & Dining Room
This is the atmosphere where we spend a lot of time, especially at dinner with the family.
This dining table has a minimalist impression to provide ample space because we still have small children. But of course we use beautiful vases and artificial leaves to add decoration to this dining table.
We used a table with two chairs and a bench to give this room an intimate impression. With a nuance that matches our kitchen, of course we chose wood for the furniture material.
Our Kitchen & Dining room are very close together because the concept of our house is open space, this gives a spacious impression to this area.

The shape of the facade at @our.cozyhomey is a growing house which will later be built in stages for the construction of the upper floor so that it does not interfere with activities on the lower floor ✨
There is no special concept or theme for our house, but we like minimalist things. And the facade is a combination of industrial style and Scandinavian style 🫶🏻
Characteristics of industrial style include rosters, unfinished exposed brick, aluminum frames and perforated fences 🌑
Meanwhile, the characteristic of Scandinavian is the facade design which emphasizes geometric shapes such as triangles. Then there are wooden elements applied to the facade to give a natural impression 🍂

Hi...A little story about the table in this living room. The original table top was white. So, because the children often draw on this table, the table is full of children's creativity, lots of marker stains that are difficult to clean. So that this table can still be used and is beautiful again, I made over the table using PVC film with Sonoma Oak motif from Kertasiv. After the makeover, the table is beautiful and clean again.

This Terra Hauz measures 6x15m, making it included in the tiny house category, hihi. So, that's why when we first renovated this house, we deliberately created an open plan concept and knocked down the walls that previously existed, there used to be a barrier between the living room and the kitchen.
Apart from that, we deliberately chose a round dining table, even though it looks like a round table is bigger, with a round table we can freely add additional chairs on all sides.
When choosing furniture colors, we also prefer neutral colors, with lots of white accents. The goal is to make the room appear brighter and more spacious.
With the combination of concepts as I said above, currently we are quite satisfied to live here with 1 child. Children still have a large space to run around😁

One way to make this kitchen aesthetic is with the help of interior design. We customized this kitchen with HPL material and also solid surface for the table top.
Equipped with a black sink which is quite tricky to maintain and also an electric stove. Why electricity? Because my husband doesn't want to bother with installing and removing the gas cylinder.

The stairs are covered with matt granite with an oak colored wood motif. Apart from being non-slip, this granite gives a warm impression to the house. Under the stairs there is a bathroom whose floor is 1 step lower so that the floor outside is not exposed to splashes of water from the bathroom.

Come visit my living room. This room is simple with functional furniture.
Use neutral colors (wood, grey, white) and terracotta colors on the sofa, so that this sofa looks a little different from its surroundings. This combination is what I think makes this room look aesthetic.
I left the walls of the room, which are 3 meters wide, empty so they look spacious. I added a white/grey carpet. Once this carpet was in the laundry, the living room immediately seemed empty. It looks simple but the carpet has a big impact on the vibe of the living room. Not only does it provide comfort but it can also be said to be a selling point here.
Don't miss out on the artificial plants with rattan pots next to the sofa to make the room feel more alive (even if they are plastic plants 😅)

I originally wanted this kid's room to be made with a bunk bed

Welcome to our living room, the room most frequently used. Like a living room in general, of course there is a television, sofa and carpet. The perfect combination for lying down, because when we get bored of sitting we usually lie down on the carpet.
This room is dominated by brown. This sofa was originally mint colored, so that everything was the same tone I used a brown sofa cover too. I added a round mirror and an artificial tree to make this room more lively. Also a floor lamp which adds an aesthetic impression at night.

Good night ..
This time I want to tell you a little about the construction of our house. So my husband happens to be a civil engineering engineer whose profession is now as a contractor. To make this 240 square meter type house, I left it to my husband to take care of it because he is clever in this field, I only chose finishing products for our house.
Construction was completed in less than 1 year and used journeymen.
