Hi O!House neighbors!
We want to discuss styling around the kitchen in Lolla House which I call this alley senggol..
Because of the limited space area, so we decided to add storage with a custom black kitchen set and installed it along the entire kitchen area.
We also #makeoverlowbudget by replacing the white backsplash ceramic with a minimalist motif to make it look brighter and neater.
For the decoration, we still dominated the black and wood tones to keep in tune with the kitchen theme. Kitchen equipment, decorations and furniture are usually obtained from e-commerce or home furnishing stores such as #IKEA #Informa or #AceHardware

TV backdrop makeover part 2 ✨
This time, we only added marble UPVC to make the TV backdrop makeover to make it look more beautiful and luxurious. For this UPVC, each piece measures 2.44 m x 1.22 m and we frame it with a gypsum list frame to make it look more beautiful.

The kitchen that was originally a plain concrete table provided by the developer can glow up with a DIY makeover. 😍
For a year, my kitchen undercarriage was covered using checkered curtains and this is the result of my makeover with a budget of 400 thousand.
Materials:
• PVC board | 2 sheets x Rp.133,000 = Rp. 266,000
• Aluminum rail M | 2 rods (150cm) x Rp. 40,000 = Rp. 80,000
• Aluminum rail M | 2 rods (120cm) x Rp. 30,500 = Rp. 61,000
• Ventilation | 3 pcs x 13,000 = Rp. 39,000
• Door handle | 3 pcs x Rp. 6,000 = Rp. 18,000
Total budget: Rp. 425,000

I want to tell you, when we first put it in the house, the kitchen was already set up with a cooktop so we just had to buy a stove with a size that fits the hole in the kitchen table.
We made a little makeover to make this old kitchen look more stylish, like:
1. The yellowed ceramic kitchen table is covered with a waterproof, oil-proof PVC layer, called paperive. A light colored cement style motif was chosen to offset the kitchen table trim.
2. The kitchen table plinth was originally ceramic with a fruit motif 😅 covered with custom ordered tile motif stickers. FYI, this sticker is really durable, it's been stuck for 11 years 🤭
3. Install the backsplash with ceramic bevel size 10x20
4. 2 years ago we dismantled the kitchen vinyl which was already peeling and replaced it so we installed a tile floor. Just overwrite it on the old ceramic which was already a yellowish color.
And this tile floor is the focal point in this kitchen... don't you agree?

BEFORE AFTER
Since joining @ohouse, I've been learning more and more how to make my home more alive. An example is this bedroom. Previously, this room still contained minimal mandatory items. This 2.9m x 2.8m room with a Warm and Bold feel was just given a low budget makeover, just added #wallbatten and painted black on 1 side of the wall for accent, and gave it a warm touch with #karpetvynil. Next, add a touch of decoration to the bed sheets, curtains and carpet with matching tones.

This room measures 4 x 3.5 meters minus the bathroom measuring 1 x 1 meter. And here are tips to make a small room look more spacious.
• Because I'm still single, I use a 120 x 200 cm bed on the floor so it doesn't take up too much space.
• My study table used to be very big and heavy and finally I replaced it with a more minimalist table measuring 100 x 60.
• So that my things are neatly arranged, I like to use a trolley rack that is aesthetic and multifunctional. Like the 2 shelves that I use, there is a glass shelf for storing books or sometimes I use it as a nightstand and there is a clothes hanger shelf for putting clothes that I often use with 2 storage places where I usually put bags and some skincare.
• BTW, this room still has a clothes storage side, but it is still in the make over stage. Hopefully it can be finished soon and you can show me how to organize the cupboard in this not so big room, OK? ^_^

Pocket-Friendly Material ✨
This wallarch is one of the pocket-friendly materials in our house, this wallarch, we DIY using leftover materials when building a house using 8 holo frame rods formed like an arch and covered with gypsum.
For the lines next to it, we use GRC which is cut into 7 cm pieces which are formed into lines and then given gray paint, to make it look more beautiful and warm, we also add an LED strip layer for the budget we spent around 500 thousand.

Dream kitchen?
In terms of size, this kitchen is not ideal for being a dream kitchen

Pocket-friendly material that changes the house to be more aesthetic
Just by adding WPC Wallpanel, the wall can change the atmosphere of our living room to be more aesthetic. The WPC we chose was 1.5m high with a room width of about 4m, we recruited 26 pieces of WPC. Luxurious with a kitchen full of stickers, a super low budget kitchen makeover but effective in making the kitchen wow. As long as we diligently clean and know how to care for it, these stickers will remain durable and safe, mine has been used for a year but is still okay

➖ Bathroom Makeover
The bathroom is rarely shown because it's not really worth showing 😂
This super tiny bathroom measures 1.65 x 1.25m
It's still built by the developer, and there's only 1 bathroom in this house, so we can only use #DIYlowbudget #MakeoverLowbudget so that it looks prettier, more aesthetic but still functional.
The walls have been made over 3 times since we first moved in, first using marble motif wall stickers, then changing to brick motif wall stickers, and now using 3 types of 'ceramic' in different colors and DIY motifs.
The first is the original ceramic, painted with black ceramic paint. The top wall is covered with vinyl from the rest of the floor, and the walls on the left and right use a checkered granite pattern foam wallpaper sticker. Thank God, I have had this bathroom decoration for a year and it is still lasting now.
Hopefully later there will be good fortune. I really want to renovate this small bathroom to make it more comfortable and functional.
