The facade of the house built by the developer was renovated, because there were already some damaged parts and mossy paint. We replaced all the windows and doors. But for the list plank, we still maintained it as a characteristic of this cluster. It's just that we added natural temple stone as decoration on the side walls of the house. For the loster, we deliberately installed it on the right and left, to beautify the appearance of the wall so that it is not monotonous. The terrace of the house was also widened because the children like to play outside. So that it is not hot and not rained on, we added a canopy with an industrial style. Oh yes, this canopy still uses a spandek roof covered with aluminum foil because we want to save on the budget. For the paint, we used Nippon paint solareflect because this paint is claimed to be able to reduce the heat of the sun.
