The facade design style of Dasa Cavana is Scandinavian Industrial. For Scandinavian, this is still my favorite, with a triangular shape from the front, suitable for a house in a tropical environment.

And to achieve industrial vibes, I gave a dark color, and also terracotta so that house maintenance can be more minimal. Colors that change due to rain and heat can be minimized. There is also a combination of black on the fence, canopy and also small parts on the facade to complement its industrial style.

The facade of Casa de Likan house remains consistent with the Moroccan Mediterranean theme with a tropical touch.
Using a certain method of paint to produce a textured wall appearance like in the photo, then two pottery pots on the right and left of the gate are typical of houses in Morocco like many of which we found there when we were on vacation, oh yeah we don't have a fence, our carport is exposed in such a way, so that the concept of our house can be exposed from the outside, but it remains safe because there is a fence between the carport and the main door, and one interesting thing in our house, there is a custom stained glass with a picture of the Parta Komala flower which is a typical flower of the city of Bandung, even though the house is Moroccan style we never forget our origins in the beloved city of Bandung, don't forget the Lee Kwan Yu plants surrounding the entire front facade so that the tropical impression remains striking.

The concept of our house facade uses a minimalist Japandi Scandinavian theme. The collaboration of minimalist design with neutral white and gray colors, combined with wooden accents, further strengthens the impression of a Japandi Scandinavian house. Meanwhile, we created wooden accents using Shunda Plafon, lattices, granite floors and railings on our balcony. We still consider the use of outdoor materials that are weather-resistant: balcony railings with conwood material; weather-free wood-motif granite floors, and lattices that resemble wood. We have a spacious balcony, the balcony is also the roof of the carport, which we also use as a place to plant and relax both morning and evening. We also don't forget to use black to provide a bold color accent to complement the Japandi Scandinavian concept of our house. In addition, our minimalist house is also equipped with a mini garden to beautify the front of our house.
Hopefully it inspires 🫶🏻.

This house has a minimalist design, with white as the dominant color on its exterior. The front fence with a simple motif gives an open impression but still maintains privacy. At the front, there is a fairly spacious carport, equipped with a flat roof that matches the design of the house. This carport is large enough to accommodate one motorbike or small car.

The walls of the house are cream-colored with black vertical stripes, giving a geometric and contemporary touch to the facade. Beside the fence, there is a roster wall element that allows air circulation and natural lighting, and adds a modern aesthetic to the house. There are also small plants around the fence area that add a natural impression to this house.

The lighting from inside the house looks warm, giving a comfortable feel.

This house also has a garden surrounded by plants, for us to relax at night or in the morning 🏡🤍

This is the default facade from the developer that made us fall in love immediately; simple and seamless. We didn't make many changes to this facade, only the addition of a canopy, as well as the expansion and replacement of the carport floor.

For the canopy, we chose to use a clear solartuff roof. It turned out that this was quite tricky because it got dirty easily and required effort to clean it. In addition, because it was built before the carport expansion, the canopy poles had to be dismantled and shifted. We also got around it by changing the poles into a triangular shape, aka saddle angle, so that they would be stronger in supporting the canopy roof.

For the carport floor, which was originally just ordinary cement, we changed it to andesite stone to maintain a natural impression.

Industrial Facade #BruwnHouse uses conwood plank material arranged like 3D blocks, adding to the impression of a tall and wide house. We chose this facade because we think it is unique but still simple and aesthetic ✨

Because it is still August, there are distinctive attributes to celebrate the independence of our beloved Indonesia 🇮🇩

Hello Neighbor Kimkim 👋🏻

The theme of the Kimkim house facade is tropical.

I chose a tropical theme because I like plants and natural elements.

The facade material is made of roster with terracotta color that blends with the green plants in front of it.

For the Theme and Style of the Facade of our house, it is a combination of Scandinavian and Minimalist, why we chose this style because we like simple models and minimal maintenance, for the main materials for building this house we use the best quality wood and pressed bricks to maintain the quality of the building.

2-storey box house □
Judging from its appearance, what type of house is this? Can it be considered a semi-industrial minimalist tropical house? haha it's very long.

For sure, I like glass materials and large windows because they work very well for air circulation and lighting in the house. For privacy issues, I use film glass so I don't feel too rich in the ceunah aquarium 🐡

For the facade, I chose white, besides being easy to get, it's also long-lasting, right? although the maintenance is quite difficult because it gets dirty easily. But gpp, I personally like it. A little dirty is a sign of life, let it not be like a house for example hehe.

The theme of my house facade is minimalist, this simple and unfinished house facade is dominated by white wall paint and decorated with dark brown windows, the window material itself uses aluminum, for the door I use wood, on the side it is decorated using roster to add an aesthetic impression as well as a divider. The floor material I chose 40x40 gray matt ceramic, and the front of the floor is surrounded by gravel. In the future, the front of this house will be made into a small garden due to limitations so it is still in the process.

Hi Ohouse neighbors! Introducing the facade of my house @_rumahantik which is still under renovation hehe it's not completely finished but some spots that will be finished later are starting to appear, for the size of my house, it is in a building area of 50 square meters, with a land area of 72 square meters, this house is a subsidized house that I renovated, expanded and made with an open space concept ✨

My house carries a minimalist simple theme, after the renovation I made a different entrance from before, the entrance is adjacent to a sliding door that I customized measuring 2m x 2m, the goal is to let in a lot of light and so that air circulation is much greater too

For the roof I use a spandek roof, because I have a lot of pets and I put their cages outside/on the terrace and don't want them to get too hot, finally I added aluminum foil under the spandek roof, so that it can reduce the heat during the day, this also really helps me who is often active during the day, it doesn't feel hot at all after installing this aluminum foil, thank God

Now for the tiles themselves, I chose the patterned ones also rough textured on the front porch of the entrance so that it looks beautiful and also not slippery every time it is cleaned, and for the tiles next to the sliding door I use black tiles because there I will decorate it like a terrace mixed with a mini garden hehe while I put the shoe rack first accompanied by rubber plants so that it gives a beautiful impression, after the renovation is finished I will share it again 😍

For the appearance of the facade this time, that's enough, pray that the renovation goes smoothly, later I will share the before and after, hopefully you will be willing to stop by, Ohouse neighbors 🥹✨

The theme of this house facade is modern minimalist, because it is the developer's default so we have the same facade for all clusters. What I like about this facade besides its model, this facade also has a weather-resistant bitumen roof, looks neat and modern.

The facade of our house is clustered. Actually, in the cluster, you can't use a pager, but for the sake of security and happiness, we installed a pager. So the pager keeps opening and closing depending on the need.

My fence uses old material. Very good material

Damaruma Facade Story 🌻

Damaruma Facade takes a modern minimalist theme by using only one wall paint color, namely white.
Damaruma has many large windows, especially in the void and master bedroom on the 2nd floor, adding natural sunlight so that in the morning and afternoon it remains bright inside the house.

✨ Developer Facade with Cafe-Style Dry Garden

The facade of our house is a developer's original facade, part of which we have changed into a dry garden.

Because the shape of the facade cannot be changed & is not allowed to use a fence, to provide privacy we did a minor renovation by adding a roster wall.

On the inside of the roster wall, we changed it into a dry garden so that we have additional space for coffee/bbq in front of the house. Now this area is our favorite place to spend our free time 🤍✨

Hello @zenhouse.id family!

Yesterday MinZen shared about the history of facades. So, if we want a good facade design architect, what should we do?

First thing first, of course we need to discuss it with our partner. What theme do you want the house to have. What style of house do you like. After agreeing, the @zenhouse.id family can start looking for image references that can represent it. Yesterday, my mother and father searched on Pinterest.
It can be mapped starting from the facade, carport, kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, etc.

In the past, my mother and father made a kind of home guideline that contained a collection of desired design references. Both in terms of shape, color, and material. You can check on slide 2 and back. Because the more detailed our wishes are, the architect can better imagine what the drawing should look like.

Then before dealing with the facade concept like now, we were given 2 choices, predominantly white and using roster. More complicated and with many curved areas. But this option takes longer than the facade we choose now.

Again, this can be adjusted to the needs and timeline of the @zenhouse.id family 🥰🫶🏻

What else do you want to paint tomorrow?

Hi neighbors ...
The facade of the homeykei house is still the developer's original, the only thing renovated was the addition of a canopy, fence and carport and terrace.

We made this facade with a semi-industrial minimalist theme where white, gray and black dominate this facade.

for facade details, you can check the previous post 💕

We renovated the facade of this cluster house by adding a gypsum ceiling and a natural textured floor to contrast with the color of the ceiling. To add a natural and shady impression, we placed a Ketapang Kencana tree right in front of the terrace of the house. Our terrace also functions as a living room equipped with wooden chairs as an ethnic Javanese element.

The facade of our house is the default facade of the previous homeowner, here we only added roster and also changed the color of the previous red facade. For the facade wall material, we used brown natural stone initially but we painted it black, then for the windows we changed from wooden frames to aluminum to make them more durable. There have been no changes to the carport area.
Hopefully it will inspire those whose house facades are still the default of the developer or old houses ☺️
