The area of this house is 195sqm, so 2 houses are combined into 1. The first time I bought it, I renovated it with an American style concept. Then for the second house, I renovated it with a Japanese Mediterranean concept, because during the renovation I did not use an architect's services & only my own ideas, so the concept of this house actually flows according to what we want.
For the Japanese style, it is more dominant in this house, such as in the living room, bedroom, viewing room, and kitchen set with a more dominant wooden feel from the installation of SPC & WPC with brown & white colors.

Our white color uses brilliant white paint from Duluxe which is watershield. Stains can be removed just by wiping it, making it easy to maintain.

Hi, what is the house theme on house.of.chel? Well, the theme of this house is inspired by Mediterranean design, you know. Why did we take a Mediterranean design theme? Yes, because I want to have a residence similar to the feel of a tropical villa in Bali. The wide curved design of the window glass and walls gives a warm impression to the house.
So, what rooms are inspired by this Mediterranean design style, one of which is the house facade area, living room and rooftop (roof of the house). We took natural elements such as natural stone on the rooftop walls, thatched roof on the rooftop, choosing light terracotta color wall paint in the living room, and a combination of olive green and cream to give a warm impression to the house 😊
🗣️ TIPS for caring for thatched roofs
How to care for it is by pouring water on the thatched roof every 3-4 months. This aims to keep dust and dirt off the roof and clean again.

Hi! Let's play in the heart of my house, namely the dining room and also the gathering room! The reason why this room is the soul of this house is because all the resources are here, there is food to start and encourage all the residents, there is the right amount of sunlight to shine in the morning but shade in the afternoon. The theme of this house is actually Mediterranean, but because it is so raw it has become Mediterranean rustic which tends to have the characteristics of Marrakech and Marroco walls. The reason I chose this style is because it suits my taste, Berber house for me is really exotic and makes me comfortable.
