DINING ROOM✨
For a rustic and modern farmhouse dining room, Hatta Home went with earthy colors like wooden dining table & stool, white knit table runner, and rustic vase with a warm lighting ambience.
Some of the furniture that we used in the Hatta Home dining room is based on the principle of space-saving but remains functional and comfortable considering the limited area of our apartment. Because we want to provide more space for our children to play.
Hatta Home deliberately did not use a dining table that was separate from the island bar, so we chose an expandable island bar to a dining table, and it fits great in our room. The upper island bar table is for preparing food and the lower table is pulled out for our dining table. It was very easy to put together and no one can tell that it's an actual dining table when it's not set up!
And my husband gave a lil touch by making a DIY pull-out rice cooker rack inside the island bar so every appliance stays hidden hehe
Because there are only three residents in Hatta Home, we only used 2 stools that we bought as a set with an island bar and a functional stool that functions as a folding ladder. Our child is already quite big and he really likes to sit on this folding ladder because it fits his height, of course the ladder is opened first to make it easier for our child to go up and down.
Everything is such a space-saving solution for our home and of course full of comfort :)
