Who else likes rearranging their room when they're feeling stressed?🥲 For me, this is quite helpful, because the body is busy moving so the mind is distracted, lol. Besides that, I also feel that I need a new atmosphere so that I can be more comfortable while resting, and this is the result!🛏️✨
I moved the mattress to the corner near the window to get a new vibe. Now, I wake up in a better mood (maybe the sunlight from the window helps with that!) Btw, because my bed doesn't have a couch, it was super easy to move, haha.
I also moved the book trolley so it's closer, so it's easier to grab a book when you're relaxing on the bed. The rest is still the same, the nuance is clean minimalist with a touch of green that makes the atmosphere so relaxing. I also still use this lightweight summer blanket because even though it rains almost every day (and night), sometimes it still feels a bit hot, so this blanket is perfect for maintaining comfort.
So, yeah, move the furniture around a bit and boom—new vibes, better mood! Who would have thought that moving things could be so therapeutic? 🥹 My room is more comfortable, and my mind is calmer 🩵

Having a lot of books but limited space is always a fun challenge, and that’s what makes styling my reading corner even more special.
I installed an adjustable shelf on the wall, so that the floor area can be used for a chair, table, and lamp. This shelf is enough for most of my books, but I also have a HOL table from Ikea next to the reading chair—a multifunctional table with storage space under the lid, to store other books. In addition, I use a mini trolley for additional books.
Even though the space is limited, with the right arrangement and the right choice of furniture, everything remains neat, comfortable, and aesthetic. So even though my reading space is just a corner of my room, it feels cozy and functional.
